Not sure how but he managed to find a tiny bottle in a massive isle. Though, I feel like the store should move the liquid smoke since its a tiny bottle and very hard to find. Overall great guy!!

- CTCatherine ThompsonApr 5, 20265.0Good morning, I met Iris and Mike while shipping at Safeway on Norbeck Road for the (2nd) time. We started talking while I was shopping at Safeway. It was truly remarkable and yet very nice. The two (2) coworkers have a great TEAM concept. They were both helpful, kind and courteous. What was really enlightening is how we connected on a look for an item, yet we talked as if we've been knowing one another forever. It is nice to meet people on their job who appears to have a passion for what they do in their field of work. KUDOS to them both for the pleasant personalities and the knowledge in helping me to find my way around the store! A couple aisle's, over I met a manager name Mike Hudson who was just as kind and helpful. It was early around (6:15) am, but to hear a nice tone, to be helpful and assist without no hesitation, is really a nice pleasure to have. Usually early morning, you hear "I'm not a morning person. This crew/team was delightful and helpful and made me feel very welcome. I appreciate this type of behavior and positiveness in a working environment. I pass by Giant and another Safeway to make it to this SPECIFIC Safeway based on the kindness and helpfulness I can be guaranteed for Customer Satisfaction without a doubt! Thank you Safeway for a Great Team!!!
