- QHQing HeMay 4, 20263.0I placed an order online and went to pick it up. The staff asked me to wait and helped another customer to check out first. That customer did arrive earlier but when I got there she was still picking a drink and not ready for check out yet. The staff could have grabbed my order behind him and let me go, which would only take a second, but I had to wait for minutes for the other customer. She handed out a bunch of cash and the cashier had to count the bills one by one. Looked like it would take forever so I requested the staff to hand me my order again. The order was just on the shelf behind him, but again he kept doing something about the the person's cash for a bit and eventually grabbed my order for me. I finally got out of there before they finished checking out with the other customer. It's really an unpleasant experience.

The Papa tracker said it was “on the way” for over 30 minutes, and when it arrived it was cold. Then the driver dropped one order of wings in the street, and after tried to give us only one order. When I asked for the other he gave me the one that fell in the street and left. I tried to call the store to resolve it rather than writing a bad review, but the phone just rang and rang and rang with no answer. We will definitely think twice before ordering from this location again.
