Ok thats fine I get there and wait 5 mins still no order, I ask and give them my name to which they replied that they would now get started. Alright fine they didn't start yet but at least I can grab my order and go. But no, the nice worker gives me my order after 15 mins, and not only that, I check the bag and its missing a salad and sandwich. At this point I tell them and a manger and other worker double check the receipt, and sure enough, I was missing the sandwich and salad. They finally get my order to me after 25 mins of waiting, which did have everything this time. Pretty bad service but at least food was good.

- LSLee R. SilvermanMar 21, 20263.0I will not go back to Panera for a bagel. They are very small, no taste and very expensive for what you get. I'm not sure what happened to Panera but the bagels have really gone down. I won't make this mistake again. The Coffee is still good though.
