THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME EITHER and KEISHA says there's nothing she can do about it i need to contact door dash or Uber eats yet I placed my order on krispy kreme website. Done spending my money at this location
- RRRobyn RowleyMay 6, 20261.0We brought our kids and their report cards at 7:30 pm to get free glazed donuts for their As, and were disappointed to be told that they only do this before 7:00 pm. This was not the case a few months ago, nor is this policy posted anywhere, and they refused to make an exception or explain when or why they changed it (and unfortunately were a bit rude about it). It’s a substantial drive for us, and I doubt we will go back given this experience. Who knows when or how the policy might change again?

On Saturday, April 25, I showed the manager the coupon via email, but he refused to look at it. I wonder why you send email coupons without informing your staff.
