I actually don’t know how this particular location is still open. The employees couldn’t care less about anything, manager included. Most of the employees are very young. Donuts all over the floor, dirty, unkept, usually out of stock for certain items, long wait times, employees who will literally ignore you, just awful. I have been there in the drive through with literally no answer until finally walking inside, seeing the same thing, people just waiting in line while employees leisurely take orders or do other things that aren’t helping customers. I’ve given multiple chances and nearly every time there are extreme customer service issues. The entire staff seems to need a reboot or really just close the place down and give that great spot a business that deserves paying customers.

Employee Apathy, Sloppy Donuts, and Questionable Cleanliness. Corporate Krispy Kreme should be very, very concerned about this store because it is causing considerable harm to the brand. The shear, palpable apathy among the workers was inescapable. I stood in line at the front counter along with 4 other customers and we were completely ignored. One poor employee was running back and forth to fill drive through orders but the three employees making donuts wouldn't even look at us (one of whom was the manager- inexplicable). We finally had to call out to them and practically beg them to come and take our orders. I've never seen such pure apathy for customers. Then, the donuts were something else. The employees must have either had no training or they simply didn't have any pride in their work, because the donuts were the sloppiest made Krispy Kreme donuts I've seen in 20 years- messed up frosting, inconsistent toppings, upside down, etc. and some were even cold- cold! Now, why would a donut be cold? The only explanation is that they were refrigerated overnight to preserve them. In other words, they were using DAY OLD donuts. And, add on top of the employee/managerial apathy and sloppy donuts a quite dirty interior and exterior. I wasn't even sure the store was open because it was so dark inside, dirty floors, carts of donuts and equipment all over the place...honestly, I'm not even sure how they are complying with Maryland health codes. I'll never patronize this Krispy Kreme again. And, they won't care a single bit...because they don't seem to care about much of anything here.

The donut layout was confusing. They were out of certain donuts such as the cannoli and oreo creme but replaced it with glazed. This confused multiple customers when they saw the sign for these donuts but were told they were out and instead had glazed as place fillers. I ordered a kreme filled donut and before the server even bothered to check. He said they were out. I informed him then what was in the tray labeled as kreme filled which in fact was kreme filled. I ordered a coffee and didn’t take a liking to it. The server did offer to remake it but I informed him how would it taste any different if it’s going to be remade the same way. Instead of replacing the drink with another drink item of same price, he offered only to remake it. He offered creamer which I told him I could add that myself and the condiment section. The server looked confused with my logic. Lastly I understand confirming the correct order with the customer but showing me my 3 donuts in the box on four separate occasions isn’t going to change the fact that I confirmed that those donuts were indeed correct. Never coming back again as the experience itself just was just pure uncomfortable.

Oh man, a bad day to be a cop. I had half of the CAKE DONUT, then it came back out and somehow managed to taste better than before. This culinary regression robbed me of my money and my life expectancy. It tricked me with its pretty glazing, but when i took the first bite i realized im eating slop what feels like hardened synthetic rubber that destroys cement mixers on a daily basis. All I can say is, deep down in the depths of damnation the inventor had a rare kind of determination and a bit of fenty to create a donut where the main flavor is utter suffering. I mean, it makes sense that you can't really enjoy the cake donut (you endure it), if every chew feels like sandpaper mixed with hand sanitizer. But the glazed donuts saved the day, i got a dozen after and i loved it! 10/10, would recommend.

Really great donuts, but horrible service here. Go through the drive through. I came with my 2 year old son and was all excited for him to see and pick the donuts. It was his first time. After watching how the donuts are made, we went to the line and there was no other customers there. The lady and staff simply ignored us. It was unreal how we were there for about 10 minutes and no one greated or helped us. It's like we were invisible. After ten minutes and now about 4 groups waiting in line looking at each other, I saw they were serving the drive through clients. We left the line, got in the car and went through the drive through. So much for my son picking out the donuts and the great experience. All in all, definitely suggest trying a fresh Krispy Cream donut - they're the best, but don't go inside. That's a complete waste of time.
