From the much too crowded self checkout area to the freezers and refrigerators not working properly ... and now their stupid shopping carts that lock up for no apparent reason while walking through the store or out to my car. Do better!

It’s very organized. Everyone who works at Giant has a great attitude. They seem like they are all eager to help customers, but the store is so super organized. I used a cashier to ring my groceries up today. His name is Joshua. He did a spectacular service for me. I’m so happy that he rang me up. He’s courteous, efficient, and he’s a great bagger. He’s a cashier. If I had to use a cashier, I would choose him again. Love his empathy, enthusiasm, kindness, and he’s intelligent like all of the other people who work at the front end. I wish for the best for the people who work at Giant. I also love the pharmacy workers. Everyone who works at Giant are special and amazing. Love the food and the cleaning products too.
