- PCPaige Carper1 day ago1.0Horrible customer service! I bought a box o Joe, filled with their hot chocolate. I brought the container back, to their store, because half the container was still full of hot chocolate, but had a horrible rotting stench to it, and a bad taste. I asked them, to remake the half of the 128 fluid ounce box with fresh hot chocolate, because I could not consume the rest in the box which I had already paid $28.00 for. They refused to let me speak to a manager, and refused to remake, the half of the 8 lbs pound box, I had already paid for. I handed them the box, I told them to smell the inside of the container, and told them to throw it away for me, will be contacting corporate, after this experience. I’ve spent so much money there, and for them to behave that way was disgusting, lazy, wasteful, and insulting to me, as a very frequent, and regular customer.
