(It was my fault for not checking the cake before leaving) This was taken 5 minutes after leaving the store and arriving at home - It was completely melted. We had family arriving and didn't have time to take it back. We called the store where they offered a refund, but we never received it. We've ordered ice cream cakes every year for our birthdays and have never had this experience. This was my first time using this BR -- Will never go back to this location.
- JVjulie visperasJul 20, 20261.0I’m a regular customer at Dunkin’ Donuts so I subscribed to their app. Never had issues with other locations being helpful and helping me navigate through the app and showing me my points so I can purchase items up until I come to this location. I indicated to the lady at the register that I wanted to use my points. She didn’t know how to do it so she asked the owner. This owner had the audacity to tell me he has nothing to do with the app and all I can do is scan to get points. I specifically said no I wanted to use my points to purchase my items and he maintained that He has nothing to do with that. That all he can do is scan it for me to get points and that’s it. Basically the manager didn’t know how to use it either and instead of just saying, he didn’t know how to use it. He proceeded to tell me that he Can’t help me and that there’s nothing he could do. When the cashier tried to assist me, he told her to be quiet I told him that was really odd because I’ve never had this issue with any of the other locations and that I wanted to use my points. He thought it was crazy that I was getting upset about pointing, and it wasn’t because of that it was a customer service. As a manager who Clearly didn’t know how to use. It should’ve just said that and I would’ve been fine to use it at another time. However, this guy maintain his stink attitude. Then he proceeded to go in the back and start talking about it loud enough so I could hear him. How unprofessional this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to.

I brought the container back, to their store, because half the container was still full of hot chocolate, but had a horrible rotting stench to it, and a bad taste. I asked them, to remake the half of the 128 fluid ounce box with fresh hot chocolate, because I could not consume the rest in the box which I had already paid $28.00 for. They refused to let me speak to a manager, and refused to remake, the half of the 8 lbs pound box, I had already paid for. I handed them the box, I told them to smell the inside of the container, and told them to throw it away for me, will be contacting corporate, after this experience. I’ve spent so much money there, and for them to behave that way was disgusting, lazy, wasteful, and insulting to me, as a very frequent, and regular customer.
