    I placed a mobile order at this Dunkin location approximately 10 minutes before arriving because it was the closest location to where I was in Rockville. When I arrived, the only employee present appeared to be on a FaceTime call with earbuds in. I stood at the register for several minutes before having to say “excuse me” to get assistance. After informing her that I had a mobile order, she told me the store was out of the item I ordered—an Original Blend coffee. The app had not indicated that the item was unavailable when I placed the order. I asked if I could receive a refund or a Dunkin gift card so I could visit another location and purchase the coffee I had already paid for. The employee refused both requests and did not offer any alternative solution. As a frequent Dunkin customer, I have experienced similar situations at other locations, and staff have typically been helpful in providing a gift card or another reasonable resolution. When I asked what could be done, the employee repeatedly stated that she did not know and suggested that I “come back tomorrow.” Since I do not live in Rockville and was only in the area temporarily, that was not a practical solution. Throughout the interaction, it was clear that assisting customers was not her priority, as she appeared more focused on her phone conversation. I then asked for her name and the manager’s name, but she refused to provide either. After I took a photo for documentation purposes, she removed her earbuds and remarked, “You’re doing all of this over five dollars. It’s just five dollars.” The amount is irrelevant. Whether it is $5 or $50, customers should receive the product they paid for or be offered a reasonable resolution when the store cannot fulfill an order. I left without receiving my coffee, a refund, or any meaningful assistance. This experience reflected extremely poor customer service and a complete lack of accountability. I am disappointed that a simple issue could not be handled professionally. So yes, she did STEAL my $5 cup of coffee.

    Today I went to the drive-thru to pick up my order and it is very lovely. They can hear me and they are very polite and they get my orders done. Honestly I like coming here a lot. Sometimes I'm too lazy to like get out of my car so I would do like to take the drive-thru So I definitely would come here more often

    Ordered a coffee and food. Waited 10 minutes still no coffee. Employee did not apologize and seemed as if she could care less. Would not go back.

    THEY RUN OUT OF DONUTS EVERYDAY. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. WHY BE OPEN UNTIL 7PM WHEN YOU DONT HAVE DONUTS AFTER 1230pm?!?!
