- CSChris StengerMay 12, 20262.0The food was great as always. However a lot of the people working - probably because it was mother's Day - were not great. Absolutely mangled the wrapping of my burrito, which was not overstuffed. I asked for a rewrap, and she took the already torn tortilla and just re-crumpled it into a ball. Then they forgot to give my wife her chips, and when she went back to pick them up they wanted to charge her.

The food was average, similar to other Chipotle locations, but the customer service was disappointing—especially from an employee named Scarlet, who seemed like she didn’t want to be there. It felt like there was a lack of good management. I won’t be coming back. They really need to improve the overall customer service experience.

Servings are very small and thechorizo was dry, crispy, and VERY salty, like it had been sitting for a while. Our community is very loyal to our local restaurants but I don’t expect this Chipotle to last without major improvements.
- SPSam PMar 17, 20261.0oh boy this guys are definitely getting legal trouble. guac they served was 3 days or more old and it was moldy and taste so bad and even looks bad how are you still serving this level of guac ewww. right after first portion in my mouth I threw up cause it was at least week old and smells. You can even see in pictures this is definitely not healthy or close to healthy. I am filling MD health issue and even federal level for this issue cause its def health issues which should be strictly followed.
