Additionally, the bowl I received was barely filled, which was disappointing.

But my God… this place did not make a good first impression. I'll give them some benefit of the doubt because it was late, but the ingredients on display just looked tired. The beans, meat, vegetables—pretty much everything looked like it had been sitting around way too long. As they were making our food, I was honestly starting to have second thoughts about whether I should eat it. We were starving, so we went ahead with the BBQ chicken mango bowl. Surprisingly, the taste itself was okay. Nothing terrible, but when you're watching your dinner being assembled and wondering if you should change your mind, that's not exactly a good dining experience. My biggest issue wasn't really the flavor. They seriously need to pay more attention to keeping the kitchen/prep area clean and the ingredients looking fresh, even near closing time. Maybe we caught them on a bad night. Maybe 9:45 p.m. is simply too late to judge them at their best. Either way, based on what I saw that night, I wouldn't go back.
