The parking lot was full, so I put my hazard lights on as instructed in the app and parked. I sat for 10 minutes even though my food was done, according to the app. I went inside and finally got my food. I drove home and gathered the family around to eat dinner, only to discover that a sandwich was missing. Three meals - three drinks, three fries, and two sandwiches. Called the restaurant and the manager offered a free sandwich - I asked about the 50+ minutes and of course there is no answer for that. This is the last time I will go to this location.

I placed an order and the ice cream and frozen beverage came out while I was still at the register, food 10-12 minutes later. When I asked for the beverage and ice cream to be placed in a cool place they said it was against their policy AND also against policy to remake the frozen items. So my only option was to stand and wait for the food while the frozen items completely melted in my hand. At $22 and with poor service, I will NOT be returning. This location just misses the mark. Not to mention, service here is NOT friendly. I spoke with the manager and he's like "ya, we're not remaking it. Ya we can't put it in the fridge. Ya,bye." 😵💫

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A’s Chicken Cobb Salad—it’s one of my favorite menu items. However, I was very frustrated when I asked to add extra cabbage to my salad and was told they would not accommodate the request. The cabbage is already an ingredient in the salad, and since the salads are made to order, I don’t understand why an additional portion of cabbage could not be added, even if there were a small additional charge. What made this experience even more disappointing was my conversation with the manager, Tiffany. I explained my request and my frustration, but she refused to accommodate me. I’ve visited other Chick-fil-A locations where the staff has been more than willing to add cabbage to my salad. This is not what I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Customer service used to be one of the things that really set Chick-fil-A apart. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular location has made me question whether that same level of customer service still exists. I hope Chick-fil-A corporate and the management at the Rockville Pike location will take this feedback seriously. Sometimes it’s the small accommodations that make a customer feel valued. I would really like to see the customer service at this location addressed and improved.
