    Line was long but service was fast. The kids enjoyed the food. The place was decently clean. Kid friendly, with an indoor playground. I don't know about vegetarian options since I've never eaten there myself

    It shouldn't be that the moment you show up for your order if it cannot be figured out your default response is shrug your shoulders and tell the person sorry you cant get the order cancel it or refund it. Clearly after checking into it a few seconds by another employee you found that it was able to be completed; despite continuing to attempt to state multiple times you cannot fulfill the order. There's also clearly a desire to avoid getting looked into because when simply asking when the general manager is generally in; as opposed to answering so I could get out of their hair they repeatedly avoided answering and asked someone else to ask what happened instead of answering the question. As it's more of a store related issue than an individual worker issue as this has happened several times at this location; it seemed the quickest to address the repeated issue with someone who actually has influence over what goes on in the store instead of a rep that repeatedly tried to defend the store by stating any other time it happens it's because someone stole it; how would that make this any better? You're still obligated to fulfill orders you let get stolen. Clearly it's not desired by the employees to give that information up and instead try to give bad answers for bad practices. Probably because they are worried it makes them look bad but regardless if you state the training doesn't call for this behavior and it's happened multiple multiple times with this singular location; there is clearly a training issue. Fix it and the rating can obviously change but you all definitely have a problem with workers looking for the first failure possible to dismiss people's orders and not have to fufill them; without asking someone else; without going to grab the manager.

    I ordered my food but the person didn’t hear me that one of the sides was Mac and cheese but he rings me for two medium fries so I go to the front to let them know and I paid the extra two dollars no problem but then when I check my food the burger doesn’t have cheese but all I wanted was no tomato and it says it in the box too

    I have nothing bad to report. Everyone is so friendly and this location is very community oriented. That aside from the parking situation. It sucks so so bad. Your better off just parking further down past the bank than to hope to get a space in front of the restaurant. Also not a lot of tables to sit and eat the day I came in I got lucky to grab one as they had a nice game of bingo it was nice to see
