- LALeonel Argumedo.Aug 26, 20264.0I’m here probably most out of all the local fast food establishments. The restaurant itself is pretty well kept including the restrooms. We usually enjoy the food here except when the staff decide to put whatever they feel like in your carry out order or better yet when they DON’T put something in. As often as I’m here I wish I had something more positive to say but I am let down constantly to the point where I have to open up the sandwiches when they are handed to me just to verify they were made the way I ordered and check the bags to see if all my items were included.

The order was not ready at the specified pick up time and I waited almost 20 minutes for them to make and pack my order. They also forgot to include the chicken sandwiches I ordered. When I realized this was the case, I had to spend an additional 20-30 minutes on the phone trying to get a hold of someone because they don’t pick up. The staff on the phone promised delivery on the missing food in 5-10 minutes but it took much longer and a lot people in my party had left by the time it got there. I don’t understand the point of pre-ordering if the food isn’t going to be ready when indicated. This experience added so much unnecessary stress to have to deal with when managing a party.

The nuggets were dry and a few were not even nuggets they were small dry ends. The location doesn’t have a drive thru so it was crowded inside. As we were standing to receive takeout orders, two employees were trying to mop around our feet. No signage at all and literally mopping at our feet. Customers were stepping from side to side but it was crowded.

It was extremely slow there must have been at least 8 of us waiting for our food. One man ask for his money back because the food was taking too long. He complained that "he was going to be late for work". Another gentleman just walked out of the line because of how long it was taking orders to do placed. After 20 minutes of waiting for my food, my order was still incorrect. My second meal placed was a 12-piece nugget meal - I received four mini chicken biscuits. What you witness was genuine customer service; the "Chick Fil A attitude"😊. The employees seem very nice; however, they may need more training on speed and efficiency.
