If they acclimate themselves to the customer demographics in that area they will do well. The atmosphere is unique and feels a bit unfinished. More of an open space to sit. The music was too loud to enjoy a conversation with a friend but it can be a spot to watch the world cup for sure. I recommend checking it out.

We ordered the carne asada tacos, shrimp tacos, and esquite, and for nearly $60, the quality was nowhere near what we expected. The “carne asada” looked more like minced meat than actual carne asada and was very sparse on both meat and toppings. There was barely any cilantro or onion, and the tacos looked nothing like what would reasonably be advertised as carne asada. I’ll be posting photos so others can judge for themselves. The shrimp tacos were okay, but nothing memorable. The esquite was by far the worst I’ve had. It tasted like canned corn with an overwhelming amount of lime, making it extremely sour and watery. The crema appeared watered down, and there was a thick layer of cheese on top that did not improve the dish. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of customer service. After receiving an email asking for feedback, I shared my concerns and never received a response. I also tried calling the restaurant multiple times and could never get anyone to answer the phone. Every time I’ve been there, it seems like there is minimal staff, and unfortunately that lack of attention appears to extend to customer service and quality control. Someone needs to be overseeing that quality food is being served. Mistakes happen, and I would have appreciated someone reaching out to address the issue. After spending a significant amount of money on food that was extremely underwhelming. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

Starting with the Birria Tacos, they were just okay - not terrible, but not great either. When I dipped them in the consommé, I thought I noticed a distinct sweetness to the meat and the sauce, but I figured it might just be my taste buds. However, once I started eating the Birria Ramen by itself, the sweetness became overwhelming. There is definitely a lot of sugar added to either the broth or the meat. I’ve had birria from plenty of other places that were excellent, and I've never experienced it being sweet like this. Personally, I really don't care for sweet meat, so I wouldn’t recommend the Birria Ramen at all. If I ever ordered the tacos again, I’d probably stick to a small portion of two, because the sweetness just becomes too much by the third one. As for the restaurant itself, the atmosphere was pretty dead when I went in. They have digital kiosks where you place and pay for your own order. There were a lot of young people working behind the register, and while they didn't have to take my order directly, they were friendly. Overall, it's a solid 3-star experience, but I’ll be skipping the ramen next time.
