  Circumstances has led to me using the Martin's Direct online shopping, and the whole process is super simple. Eveyone there is always so nice and helpful.

  These 5 stars are only for the hot manager named Chris. I had an issue ordering chicken in advance for it to be cold in order for it to be paid with ebt but when I got there they said they didn't have a barcode to ring it up cold that I would have to pay cash even though it was cold and eat approved I didn't have the cash so I was upset the lady I was speaking to kept saying they didn't make foodstamp laws. But this wasn't a foodstamp issue it was the fact they ran out of 50 dollar cold barcodes. The manager see my frustration and stopped what he was doing to help me and he had it handled it under 2 minutes as I was now running late so I really appreciate his help. I'm not easy to deal with whe I get upset and he didn't bat eye at my attitude. Also the young girl that initially rang me up was great too very polite and was doing her best to calm me down.

  It’s a shame that this is the only close grocery store or I would go elsewhere. The deli is absolutely terrible Every. Single. Time. I waited 15 minutes for ham and salami when I was the only one in line. The deli workers have no courtesy for customers waiting as they are just chit chatting behind the counter while slicing the meat. I watched them pause slicing the meat, to talk for 3-4 minutes. This happened multiple times. Just the deli alone makes my shopping trip 15-20 minutes longer than it needs to be.
