  Rebecca (my mother in law) and I had a great experience with the customer service representatives, Debbie and Sandy at Martin’s grocery store. They were both friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Their excellent customer service really stood out and makes our visits great! Martin’s is fortunate to have such wonderful employees!A++ customer service!

  Martins has a nice deli, excellent fried chicken, party platters and just about anything you need. Their prices can be a little higher on some things but overall I go there a lot. They have a pharmacy which is where I’ve gone for years.

  My 1 star rating is strictly for the deli section. They have two working speeds. Near death and dead. There's a difference between being busy and just being lazy. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I understand if you're busy but at least acknowledge the customer and maybe say something like, "I'll be right with you." They act as if the customer doesn't exist. The rest of the store is great with very good customer service but the deli is just plain bad.

  Circumstances has led to me using the Martin's Direct online shopping, and the whole process is super simple. Eveyone there is always so nice and helpful.
