  Neither the App or the web site are working. My wife and I tried 5 different payments all were accepted went through to our bank and then ultimately were declined. We both spoke to our banks and in each case they pointed at tropical smoothie! I went to the store and ordered. There were 5 other people also upset with the exact same issue. I asked the store people how to pass this on as I have no doubt Tropical Smoothie is loosing business and definitely customers (3 of the five in store just came in to complain and had already ordered dinner at the adjacent Chick-Fil-A! The store had no interest and couldn’t care less - now we are customers no more. - good job Tropical Smoothie!!!!

  The girls here are soo sweet and nice. They didnt play about my allergies they cleaned the blender out ! They are the sweetest. Ill come back. They told me i should consider getting the app. I will My smoothie and sandwich was made with love

  This establishment continues to be a neighborhood gem. I always place my order by mobile, and it's always ready on time and correct. The staff is always youthful, respectful, and kind. I highly recommend this establishment for a quick meal, smoothie pick up.
