0 stars. Stay far away. By far the worst McDonalds today, yesterday, last year, ever and it's not even close.
Went through drive thru today, order taker mumbled through speaker couldn't hear anything he said. Was only able to order because I know the script they all say. No order on menu screen when ordering so don't know how much. Menu listed buy one add one for a dollar section for double cheeseburger, mcchicken, etc. Pull up to first window to pay; window opens, card machine held out with one arm while guy looking other way, guy says $12 something total, I pay, get a receipt but the whole interaction, guy never looks up once. Too busy doing something else inside store. Look at my receipt, full price for the two double cheeseburgers I ordered that the menu said buy one add one for a dollar. Told girl at second window because first window guy too busy not paying attention, and was told by girl they don't have the promotion anymore. Then why is it still on the menu? Was then told she'll let someone know to take it down. Get home, open up happy meal we ordered, has outdated Stranger Things toy (current promo is Fifa squishmallow). My son isn't old enough for stranger things and was looking forward to the current promo of the squishmallow that he should of gotten especially when the happy meal box has the squishmallows on it. If you give old toys, you should give old discounts that you're still promoting!
This review has been a long time coming as I should've written many others over the years as I try this McDonalds here and there to see if anything has changed, and it never has.
Small summary from past experiences here;
Quarter pounder ordered, open bag and got the whole sandwich except for the quarter pound patty. How do you forget the patty.
Ordered a sausage mcgriddle at 8:30am. Paid, bag handed to me, nothing out of the ordinary. Get home, open bag, two hash browns in bag. Pack my crying one year old back into car to go back. No one at counter, all workers ignoring. Someone finally came up after 10 minutes to just greet me at the counter. Then had to wait for manager. Manager then informs me that they ran out. We'll no one said anything and tried to pass off two hash browns for a mcgriddle at breakfast hours. Then manager tried to walk away. Didn't offer any compensation or apologize or even a refund. Had to yell at them while holding my one year old to even get a refund for something that was never given.
October 2022 one hour and forty minute drive thru experience. Drive thru is packed but still got to second window in fifteen minutes. Then told to pull forward to third window. Got a third of my order (not even a big order just 1 big mac meal, 1 quarter pounder meal, and a happy meal with bucket), no Halloween bucket or big mac meal yet. Told they had to get some buckets from back. Meanwhile multiple cars behind me gets full meals (multiple bags handed to each car) and buckets. How do you give out buckets to people who ordered after the person who still doesn't have a bucket. Then worker came over still without the rest of my order and tells me to move to the drive thru parking space. So I pull over there. Another car pulls next to me. Guess who got their food first, the other car and not only that, had my window down and heard them give a bucket to the car that didn't even order one. I yell out and the worker says my order is next and goes back in. Waiting in space, their supply truck pulls up parks in middle of lot. Not soon after multiple workers come out, presumably to help unload truck. Nope. They have a customer who was playing music in their car, turn their music up and the workers started dancing in the middle of the parking lot which was blocking cars from even leaving. At this point still no food and fed up. After truck leaves, I go up to window demanding the rest of my order and they say they're "still making it." So I refuse to move from window blocking the drive thru now and in less than a minute, I finally get my order but they still forgot my bucket and had to knock on window to finally get it
