  I don’t know if they are short staffed or what but I waited for an hour for my order that never came. I had someplace to be so I left without ever getting the food. No one was at the counter so there was no one to complain to. Very disappointed.

  Literally the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and the wasn’t even a crowd inside! The food ended up being cold too. No urgency from staff, i honestly felt bad for them they really looked like they couldn’t stand working there anymore.

  I just had the displeasure of trying to order drive thru to eat from this McDonalds. TRYING. I pulled right up to the order speaker, order no problem, a few cars ahead of me. 10 minutes go by, finally 1 car moves. 10 more minutes go by, I am at the front of the line after paying. 10 more minutes go by, and this kid opens the window and asks me "What did you order?" I don't appreciate the ignorance and lack of initiative anyone showed to even tell me it would be any extra time. I told the kid give me a refund, I no longer want this food, I dont want to do a chargeback. He looked at me confused, went to his manager maybe, and this woman told me "We cant process refunds as of recently, new store policy. Only GM can do it. Can you come back tomorrow?" She also apologized that a few staff members were late to work, and just got there. This is a 24 hour location...is only two people behind the counter at once? If you knew it would take a while, tell the people waiting... I don't know about whoever is reading this; but I barely have the time to write this review, nonetheless, come back to a stupid fast food restaurant for them to refund me a negligible amount of money. I am annoyed about the hour this has taken me out of my way. I did not receive the food. I have to wait to the morning to dispute this, and I will never order at this location again. Awful. 0/10

  My family and I came for dinner on May 13, 2026, a Wednesday. We ordered our food and had to wait for an hour. The trash and recycle areas weren’t kept clean and tidy. The woman s bathroom was filthy with toilet paper all over the floor and something on the toilet seat. Filthy. Theyre was a lot of commotion and students causing problems in the restaurant and not being considerate of others and remembering that they’re in a restaurant where people go to enjoy their food and being with family and friends. I myself got food poisoning from this place and have been up all night with diarrhea, abdominal pain, rumbling and hunger sounds and fatigue. I’ve filed a food poisoning complaint with Baltimore County’s Health Department. Customer service was non existent and unfriendly people. Do not go to this location period.

  I ordered a medium premium lemonade. They gave me a small cup which actually said small on the side. I eat at McDonald's a lot and I've never been given a cup this small. Secondly, couples full of ice and probably had 2 oz of lemonade. Seriously McDonald's, folks are out here and you guys are rationing drinks. I know what the margin is on fountain beverages. I won't be visiting this location again!
