  I ordered a simple pizza on the app. I come into the store and say "hello." The person who was making a pizza at the time didnt even lift their head, or acknowledge that I was there, even though you can CLEARY see that I just walked through the door. I was sitting there for a good bit until I finally had to ask TWICE if someone else could help me, since I saw they were busy. That's not the issue here. I get that they were doing their job. I heard people in the background, so I'm like "ok, there's more people here. Obv. they can just hand me my ONE, alrdy made, pizza thats sitting RIGHT THERE!" No. They don't grab anyone else. They then say "Oh I'll be right with you." Then proceeds to move slow as idk what, (purposefully) and I'm literally just standing there for like 5 minutes until someone finally came in and asked if I was helped. Um, no. I definitely was not. And listen, I'm really not the type to even come on here and leave reviews, but I've heard they don't use gloves, and the simple fact that a person can't even acknowledge a customer when they walk in, right in front of you, with NO OTHER CUSTOMER IN THE STORE!! Like, cmon. It's common decency. Crazy part is, as soon as I left the store, I see through the window that other staff just walk out from the back!! That means they knew I was just standing there, waiting for something that would take 2 SECONDS!! Just want people to know the type of people PJ's hires. And imagine what they do to your food with this type of lack of care. Never been to that location before, and safe to say I wont be back. Let's all do better to respect everyone. No need to be nasty to someone who is simply trying to obtain the item THEY ALDY BOUGHT!

  Just left there..First-Noone working there seem to be knowledgeable about their deals..the manager walk around looking very mean faced..Crazy thing is..I repeatedly tried online ordering a 2 for $6.98 each deal and each time I tried to check out 3 times a message would come up & say "Uh OH try again" 15 mins later I drive there & there's 2 Xfinity trucks outside so I figure they having internet issues..I go inside spoke to a gentleman & he says " maybe the deal NOT for this location" I show him their address & the deal for their address..he tells me to click checkout again..I do & show him the message..same message..he says Refresh your phone..I did..started over & it went through. A minute later a man comes in & orders the deal over the counter..the guy is acting dumbfounded..when he tells him about the deal..so I'm thinking it's online ONLY..the guy points to a Sign on their window..yall it's a big adv. on the window..so you can order it in the store..soooo why didn't he tell me that.. Anyway..as I stood & watched my food being made..NO GLOVES WORN..HANDS ARE DIRTY..Same guy ringing up on the register & then go back to make Pizza..Doesn't wash his hands (Cross Contamination) one young lady Weaved Hair Sticking up on top her head messy..NO HAIRNET..NO GLOVES..making Pizza..Noone never washes their hands..So I will NOT EVER Return..& make drop a call to the Health Dept. I work in the Food Industry..I watch everything..
