  One of your stores have any issues with the temperature because of last minute maintenance checks... You all should notify the online shopping vendors that you guys are out of service so you're not wasting half of the community's time

  Please start checking your products expiration dates . The food and drinks are 2 weeks expired . This is very sad . I will shop at giants or Weis going forward .

  Good deals on groceries, but the employees make you not want to come in there. They talk about customers right in their faces with other customers or other employees. Very nasty attitudes, especially the younger ones. I once had 13 items instead of 12 and the cashier was very rude about it. It was a very small item. Also I asked someone a question who was stocking shelves and his headphones were so loud he couldn’t even hear me. Unprofessional. Also, when it’s busy and only 3 lines open (which is mostly 12 items or less) the next person that comes to the register only opens for express when Food Lion is a popular store on Instacart & DoorDash. Or they will ring people up without turning their light on or letting people know another line is open. This store needs new employees and more FULL SERVICE lines open when it is busy.

  Alwayssssss a line and PLEASE HIRE POLICE OR ARMED SECURITY for shoplifting. Im standing in the Popeyes parking lot across the street and just witnessed a man get chased into Liberty Road and ALMOST get hit by a car…and yes he was stealing but if loss prevention can’t touch them…Is the person getting hit by a car a better alternative?!? Food Lion is the ONLY grocery store for MILES on Liberty road…and I always have to incorporate an additional 10-15 minutes to wait in line (so somebody is making money) then why not pay the extra to have security that can actually do something? I respect the brother that does loss prevention but I can only imagine what would have happened if someone’s brakes weren’t working and an innocent bystander or child would have a life long memory of seeing someone hit by a car because Food Lion is too cheap to hire armed security. I’ve witnessed shoplifting at least four times while at food lion. Do better and make the changes yall need to make!
