- BMbig miarahh1 day ago1.0Everytime I come here my food is cold , today i asked for hot food the worker made it a problem told me they wasn’t allowed to heat my sandwich & hot hash browns , before i gave my sandwich back i checked it i received it back with bacon tooken off from smartness. I ordered a maple sugar bacon sandwich and only received 2 little pieces of bacon all egg! When before it was 4 pieces on there. Horrible Dunkin i will not be back.

They don’t greet you It’s very awkward almost intimidating. The only person that was nice and sweet and kind hearted in there was Lia & the fact that She’s young She looks like she’s under 20 she has more communication skills than anybody inside of the entire place and a place is full of grown adults! When I came in mind you, this is my third time I actually came in and bought something because this is the first Dunkin’ Donuts on my route back and I had to say something this time because when I worked for Dunkin’ Donuts before and I know you’re supposed to greet people. Not just stare at them until they get all the way to the counter then after that you look like why are they here? I’m here for a service. Mind you it’s 7:30am why else would I be here . Lia is an asset to this company she could show a lot of people how to communicate effectively

On top of that, they completely forgot the bacon too. How do you mess up a simple order that badly? Waste of money and really disappointing service. Also the server was REALLY bad at taking orders. The whole order was wrong even though it was extremely simple. It honestly feels like nobody checked the order before handing it out. Paying full price for food you can’t even eat the way you asked for is ridiculous. Really disappointing service and attention to detail.

Other then that, the donuts are really good, but overall i would not ever wanna go to this place again

The donuts are not fresh atleast the glazed that I order and this last visit a long strand of hair was hanging from under the lid of the cup. It’s repulsive. Save yourself the hassle and do to the newtown location or farther up liberty road
