    I’ve been a loyal Food Lion shopper for over 20 years, from Lorton, VA, to Tee’s Corner, and I generally like this Princess Anne location. However, the hot bar here is a massive disappointment. In every other Food Lion I’ve visited, the hot bar is 'banging'—you can tell the staff takes pride in serving the community. Unfortunately, the Princess Anne deli is the total opposite. The staff always seems too busy to have food out on time, or they simply don't seem to care. It’s a shame because the rest of the store is fine, but the hot bar is consistently the worst I’ve encountered in two decades of shopping with this chain. I hope management steps up to bring this department up to the standards of other locations.

    Would be nice when their is a bunch if jars and heavy stuff and if your going to put it in one bag to please double bag next time this is why i loved the self checkout smh

    when you have zero carts in the store ... you let multiple staff know and some just ignore you and others just shrug and say yea we're busy..... customer service on this day was absolutely awful. hope you all have the evening you deserve.

    After a long day at work, I needed go a pick up a few things from the store. I was tired and in a rush to get home. The store was busy and the line at checkout went really smooth. I went to my car and realized that I did not have my keys. The car doors can only lock if the keys are outside of the vehicle. I went back inside and traced my steps and could not find them. I was secretly peeping the carts because I must have left them in a cart. The store employee Ray saw that I was really stressing and asked me what was wrong. Ray not only retraced my steps by asking me what did I buy and walk me through the store but I went looking. I went back to the customer service desk and waited like 3 mins, Ray found the keys. Please give him employee of the month because he did not have to do anything and he showed hospitality not just customer service.
