  Dined in. Place was dirty. Tables needed wiping and food on the floor. No place to get Napkin. Had a ketchup dispenser but nothing to dispense it into. When paying asked for a identification number. There were none

  This is probably the worst McDonald's branch in the world, and I'm not exaggerating.

  Ordered food and sat down. Another customer came in cussing so they called the cops. Cops show up before food does. Finally get food, got wrong drinks. Go up to counter and wait for someone to finally take the drinks. Girl disappears and I don't see her again. Another girl finally gets us new drinks. They are the same wrong drink. *** Edit because I reached out like the response said to. The area manager replied and was "very sorry" and "will talk to their team members" or as I'll translate "I don't care abt your problem but I have to say something to make myself sound even a little bit professional" Never even offered to replace or credit the drinks I never got. Waste of my money and my time.

  Can’t even be called fast food. Service is way too slow and prices way too high. Once again I am the only car at drive thru and 2 guests eating in dining room, nine ordering, after waiting one minute with no response at all, when a car pulls to the other lane they help the new car and not me. How come when I place an app order this is the only McD that never has it ready? I always have to wait just come out and say you do not care about your customers since you treat us like trash.
