  Absolutely terrible - Mother’s Day we did brunch out and just wanted a quick meal for my kids at dinner, they wanted build your own tacos meals- 20min drive, ordering for a family of 5 isn’t easy -- get home and it’s tortillas and rice, but no cheese - I asked for cheese I heard the one server tell the other server cheese not meat- get all the way home and kids are sad, really don’t have about 30 min round trip at 630 on a Sunday. ok it happens, call the customer service line robot hangs up on me, call again and get the foreign call center- go through 10 minutes of back and forth they offer me a 10 dollar gift card, I ask that they comp the meal- so sorry sir we can only offer the…. I hang up they’ve stolen enough of my energy and time tonight- terrible service, terrible customer service - typical corporate BS. 0 stars- but I’m sure the bonuses for whichever executive wrote the policy get paid out. Typical-

  service was absolutely terrible. i went in with 2 other people and we were all treated horribly. they gave us all attitude, gave us dirty looks when we simply told them what we wanted in our bowls, as if it isn't their job to put the food into the bowl/burrito. one person i was with was given attitude for asking for 2 meats, another person was given attitude for ordering 2 separate items and then berated for sides when he explicitly said no sides. i asked for extra cheese, the woman put just a small handful, so i asked for more. no exaggeration, this woman put about 5 more shreds of cheese. i had to tell her MULTIPLE times that i wanted more, which she then gave me attitude and said "this IS extra". i've been to multiple chipotle's, the "extra" that this woman gave me was the average amount. the only up side is the man who checked us out was very polite. i wish i had gotten names but we came today, april 29th 2026 at roughly 6:15 pm. the place was heavily understaffed, but that's no excuse for this service. i am not someone to leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond terrible.

  Everytime I go here I complete get utter disappointment when seeing that short old Spanish woman with the glasses. She doesn’t listen and barely puts food in your bowl! If it’s only supposed to be a scoop why would she cut the scoop in half? The bowl has nothing in there but air! EVERY DAMN TIME! Next thing I will do is let them complete the bowls and tell them I don’t want it because your wasting my time and money for what I’m paying for! I you are also tired of this bs go to YouTube and get the chipotle recipe from scratch! What you would pay for 2 bowls will get you ingredients for 10 bowls at home. This location is pathetic, calvert county is trash keeping mediocre food around! Going down this list of reviews yall have bugs in your food, seeing the bottoms of bowls, cheating people out their money? Where is corporate? Fire that lady!

  Lines aren’t too long & the staff is efficient. The restaurant is clean & the bathrooms too. They rarely run out of anything. The orders are normally correct.
