- BBBrittanyAug 24, 20261.0Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes today. Ok fine no big deal.. Get to the window because it’s my turn.. The light skin boy with the haircut tells me to pull up to the curb. He proceeds to give the next 10 people in line there food. 10 minutes goes by and he walks the bag over to my car. We’re missing one of our salads and 3 salad dressings.

Food was brought out from kitchen and handed to me. Had to ask about the drink I ordered to get the drink. On my way back to my table, noticed that they forget my sauces that ordered. Went back for sauces. Food was barely warm and meat was dry and tough. Also, was never given straw for my drink. This was at 8:30am on a Saturday. They were not busy. Apparently, the people that had ordered curbside service were having same problem. This was, by far, my worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. If they continue this poor level of quality and service, they just need to hang it up and close this location. Please also note that I asked to speak to a manager, which never happened. No apologies for anything, either.

When I got home, I realized my sandwich had the wrong toppings so I drove back to the restaurant to have the order corrected.The employee told me they would replace the sandwich but refused to replace the fries because they didn't mess those up. The fries were will in the bag untouched but they were cold since I had to return back to the store to get my sandwich fixed. I found this to be extremely disappointing customer service. I had to make a second trip to the restaurant because of an error they made, yet there was no effort to make the situation right as a whole. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced poor service, slow service, or incorrect food items at this location. After multiple negative experiences, I will not be returning to this Chick-fil-A.

The poor design will pinch your hand between the door handle and brick wall. I'm fortunate I had only pain and I escaped scratching my hand on the brick surface.

Please 🙏 please please pay attention to the quality of your food and don’t get complacent!!!
