  Avoid the Deli section, nasty and rude employees who treat customers like they were treated in their old country!😠 Unacceptable manors . They have good selection in produce and other departments, but deli is nasty 😠

  The only thing going for this store is its location. It is a decrepit, crumbling store with automatic doors that fail to open. Product is chronically out of stock. I can always count on going in for something in particular and finding nothing on the shelf. Yesterday it was bananas...yes we had no bananas. Other times it is other staples like spinach and ginger ale. This is not once in a while...it happens often and it is always a mystery as to whether I will need to go to Giant to finish my shopping. I don't know what the problem is with this store that they can always be out of product. Does management even care? It seems not.

  A customer spoke very disrespectfully to an employee, even going as far as to tell her she was nothing. It was completely uncalled for and honestly hard to watch. What stood out to me, though, was how incredibly professional the employee remained throughout the entire situation. If I had to describe the situation from my view point why this behavior occurred, the employee is African American with blonde braided hair, and the customer is a Caucasian older women who seems to looked down on the employee. The employee handled herself with patience, composure, and grace, despite being treated unfairly. That level of professionalism deserves to be recognized. Too often, employees are expected to be disrespect under the idea that “the customer is always right,” but respect should go both ways. I truly hope management acknowledges the strength and professionalism this employee displayed. She represents the store well, and employees like her are a big part of what makes a business worth supporting.
