  I have been coming to this Giant for twenty six years.I was going to self check out and the clerk that works this area was half sitting on check out six.I used another check out and was having problems with a item. The clerk came to me and grabbed my broccoli aggressively and put them on the scale.I pushed my cart next to the floral shop because I was going to get another cart to buy a bunch of thirty five pack of spring water. I came back in with another cart and my first cart by floral was gone. The clerk sees me looking and I notice my cart behind her.I go over to get it she states you didn't pay for this very aggressively at me.I stated I made a mistake and will pay for it.She points me to customer service and tell me to pay the clerk at customer service. This Giant had gone down hill with customer service. There are some good employees like Gregg in the dairy department along with Sue and Maria in the service deli always smiling and can they help me.The front end employees are horrible at self checkout. Not all of the them. There are a few good ones.

  The pharmacy here can be ridiculous at times. Example: I have a prescription for low-dose aspirin. I had one refill left. I requested a refill. When I tried to pick it up they said I couldn't have it because they had to contact my doctor for approval. I mentioned that I had a refill left and they agreed but said they still needed to get approval from my doctor. They never explained why they needed to get approval for medication that I had a refill for. I ended up ordering my low-dose aspirin off of Amazon since Giant Pharmacy didn't want to honor my refill on a medicine I can buy over the counter without a prescription. Def stupid on their part.
