- MIMohamed IsmailJun 28, 20261.0Staff doesn’t know anything. I tried to scan my free chips and guac sign up reward and they refused to honor it. Instead they charged me for chips and guac and got mad when i requested a refund. They also took back the chips and guac back and then served it to another customer after I had already taken some chips.

I wish that I had read the reviews first but the thought never crossed my mind because I have been to Chipotles while travelling and never had an issue. The food that I got from here was not edible. I basically threw $20 down the drain. I kept trying to eat it and figure out which ingredient was the problem so that I could eat around it. Turns out the entire bowl was just bad! The honey chicken did not taste good, the black beans were horrible and the guacamole tasted like spoiled avocado. It was the worst experience that I ever had at a Chipotle.

One lady was cleaning & looked at me like I was a alien. The others were standing around laughing. The rice was absolutely terrible. Nothing tasted fresh! They cannot roll a burrito to save their life. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Me being the queen 🐝, after a long, frustrating day, I sang Happy Birthday to him!!! 🎉💕💕 It was nice! I'm not too sure about the food quality, as I was mostly there for my daughter. Frankly, they were about to close, and there were a few napkins on the floor, not quite as clean as what I'm used to. But it's a busy city, and it was our first time there at 9:50 PM. It was a blessing that they were even open and serving people! I'm not a big fan of fast-food restaurants anyway. Shout out to birthday 🎈🎂🎂 gentleman! God bless and thank you for your service ❤️❤️
