As a frequent customer at this Potomac location on Tuckerman Lane, I can safely say the entire team here is always wonderful—but Marquez is truly in a league of her own, and I just had to take a few minutes to recognize her incredible professionalism. Marquez is exceptionally polite, deeply patient, and brings so much joy to the counter with her constant, warm smile. She is so thorough, asking thoughtful questions to ensure every order is absolutely perfect, and providing detailed, professional answers whenever asked. What stands out most is how beautifully she treats everyone who walks through the door—with that exact same radiant, welcoming attitude. She is an absolute asset to the team and the biggest reason this CAVA stands out above all the rest!

You can't go wrong with this location or CAVA in general! The store is always spotless, and they always have enough staff to keep the line moving smoothly. Plus, the portion sizes are fantastic; you never have to ask for extra because they get it right the first time. I'd choose CAVA over Chipotle any day! A huge thank you to Mayra and Gisella for an amazing experience.

I had a great experience at CAVA Cabin John! The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was amazing. I especially want to give a shoutout to the manager, Guisela. She was super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was running smoothly. You can really tell she cares about the customers and her team. Definitely a great experience, and I’ll be coming back! ❤️
