"A person told me that they "were not allowed to use the front register." Why is it there then because o dont want to use a kiosk. This all after I stood there for 5 minutes because there are no employees there with ice tea being pored all over the floor.

We had to wait for more than 1 hour and had no idea whether our drinks were ready or how much long we’d have to wait, they had many people preparing sandwiches that could be used to make drinks because your sandwich is ready within 15 minutes but it’s COLD by the time you get your drink. It’s unbelievable how no one has come up with a different workflow, clearly management has zero empathy for the customers nor they care about them.
