- SSSteve6 days ago4.0Good place for a roadtrip pickmeup. Of course that’s all it is good for since I do not acknowledge life within a place called “Pocomoke City.” Yeah right. For all intents and purposes I am ethnically mixed and retain the 1st Amendment right to free speech. Dead bird found in parking lot… they are real after all. STEVE
- NDNikquae DaiseJul 12, 20261.0I went inside to order a cold drink because it was so hot. I tried the kiosk but didn’t have the drink I wanted to order. At the register with the cashier I asked for a limeade with no cream. She made it seem like that wasnt possible and then asked if I wanted cold foam. After confirming that I didn’t want cold foam she sent to wait for my order. When I got the drink it was milky and had cold foam. I asked the employee handing the drink to me to remake it without the cold foam. She asked a lady in the back( out of uniform wearing a sundress) what to do. Then she took my drink out of sight and brought it back. The limeade was even more cloudy and was thicker with cream. I assume she was told to mix the cold foam into the drink. I was very disappointed in this location because I’d assume the woman in the sundress was the general manager, she advised the younger girl to mix in the cream and my drink was ruined. This picture shows a drink that was supposed to be no cream.

The service is really good and the drinks I’ve gotten from here were always made delicious and made quickly too. And I love that they’re open pretty late too which is nice. Will definitely be back again.
- HCHelen CropperJun 4, 20263.0I visited the lobby of this business on 6/2/26. The lobby had about 4 or 5 people when I arrived, they were being waited on by the young woman at the register. I was the last to place my order, the young lady at the register was great. I placed my order for a Mocha Cappy with no whipped cream, the young double checked with me to make sure that I said no whipped cream before she placed my order. I waited for my beverage to be made by a second young lady, she accidentally put whipped cream on my beverage, when she reached it to from the counter that I I didn’t want whipped cream, and I wasn’t rude about it, she turned and scooped off the whipped cream and put the lid back on and put the drink back up on the counter. I could have requested a new beverage, but I didn’t, I told her that appreciate the beverage and thanked her only to receive an eye roll and she turned her back to me. I feel it was rude and nasty, she made the error, and I didn’t make a issue of it, and could have, and to get a response like that, SO NOT OKAY. I will not be visiting this Dunkin store anymore.

The bacon was luke warm when we got it, the hashbrowns thankfully were warm ;however, disappointing, usually this place has better service.
