At least greet the people when they come in. I work in customer service and no matter how I feel my patients will never know Im having a bad day because I leave it at the door. Right now im going through a lot of Health issues but you know what I still smile and im kind to not only my patients but anyone. Do better!!!!!

I decided not to comment on that in person when I realized that one customer who finally received her smoothie had also been sitting down before I walked into the store so clearly she dealt with the same exact thing

When I mentioned that the sign said they closed at 9pm and the big neon light said “open”, they said “I don’t know what to tell you. We’re closed and not making any more smoothies”. They were incredibly rude and nasty. Customer service clearly doesn’t exist at this location. At least not with the employees who closed on Jan 11. The manager should be ashamed of their behavior.
