  Thepizza boz hot and pizza cold Pizza was not cooked completely The worker did not get the order right Very disappointed with the whole situation They may have had an off day because this pizza hut is usually good

  I always order carry out because I live in the area. Food comes out fine, service is terrible. There’s always a long wait for the food & to be served. 90% of the workers will see you and not ask what’s your order, they’ll make you stand there for 5-10 minutes. Today, another customer was in front of me. The employee helped him, left the store for 5 minutes, came back, and still didn’t ask any questions. Need better employees who will serve the customers correctly. Out of all the inconveniences, they never offer any sort of compensation for anything.

  They now are using door dash for deliveries. I ordered a pizza and paid for it, the app confirmed that it was picked up but the pizza never made it to my house. I called the store and explained the issue to the manager he apologized and then hung up, without offering any resolution to my issue.
