- AFAndrew Fuget1 day ago1.0I waited 35 minutes for a mobile order that should have been ready when I arrived. This isn’t a one-off either — long waits on mobile orders happen way too often at this location. When I asked what was going on, the employee looked at me and said, “Well if you don’t know then I don’t,” and didn’t even bother to check with anyone else or look into it. No apology, no update, no effort. Just a dismissive response while people continued to wait. Mobile ordering is supposed to make things faster and more convenient. At this Chipotle it regularly does the opposite, and the staff doesn’t seem interested in fixing it or even communicating what’s happening. Disappointing.

Ripped Off. the best customer service could do for me was offer me a meal for 2. I deserved a refund. Beware of this location. They have been known to cheat you out of your portions. I didn't thank I would be cheated out of a family meal because every item is in a separate container. I am done purchasing from this location

No steak, I waited and watched while they put chicken on the grill multiple times. It took 30 minutes for me to get my food. It should never take that long, be more proactive during dinner and lunch and have extra ingredients. This is unacceptable!

They never have ice. They intimidate folks about getting drinks. They say unimaginable things. It's a scary place. Food is also not like other locations. It seems like no one is really managing it properly and talking to customers with respect. Everyone is claiming about the food
