  The food is dried & to bottom of the pan. I had to ask them to stir the food to loosen the dry food up. They don’t clean the surface too often.

  There was a Caucasian young man whom was impatient rushing through the order brown blonde streaked hair really had an attitude problem maybe he shouldn't be front in center....none of the employees seemed to want to give his name. But his behavior was unacceptable i purchased here approximately 646pm order number 434. I feel as though if I see him i won't be patronizing while he's allowed to be handling customer service. I don't right many reviews but this should be known.

  Those young men in this place love their job and take pride in it. I overheard them bragging about how good they made grilled chicken. I drive from Pennsylvania to come to this location. They are awesome.

  Showed up to use a coupon. Employee scanned the coupon, which showed (Expires 4/20/26) and told me that it had already been redeemed. After trying to explain to them that the app would take the coupon away if it had been redeemed, they said they can’t help us. We walked out after that hungry and no closer to eating. For giggles, I then tried to use my coupon in the Chipotle app, and amazingly it worked! Imagine a coupon that hadn’t been redeemed, working when one wants to use it. Basically this store needs to not just blindly trust the computer in front of them. When issues show up, rather than throwing their hands up in the air and saying, “oh well, the system is telling me I can’t help so get outta here”, try to do right by your customers.

  Check your food if you order online. Customer support is impossible to reach and the AI, pepper, resolves nothing. The staff are careless and don't give quality or quantity. Was there 4/13. Paid $10 for a baby burrito. Then, one of our bowls was not only cold but looked like someone had dropped it. I submitted the form via the app and attempted to chat with a human. After 5 minutes with AI, I was transferred to 'Mia' who did not read what I typed and suddenly left the chat sending me back to pepper. I will not return to this location and possibly the chain. You take my money with no problem but where's the accountability and support when your employees fail to meet basic food standards?!
