  they refuse to use the mobile order shelf how it’s supposed to be used so instead they just have you stand there until they feel like making your order. You probably will have to tell the people five times what your name is before they decide to start your food

  this chipotle is genuinely the slowest chipotle I’ve ever seen. How does it take you 45 minutes for a mobile order of ONE bowl then I told him my name. I asked him 20 minutes later. Is it done yet? He says what’s the name again? then they decided to start my order, 35 minutes after i initially placed it what a joke

  At this point I am baffled. The staff at this store has been completely turned over multiple times in the past couple years, yet corporate seems incapable of finding a GM who is intelligent enough to do something as basic as handling their pars competently. You would think that they would be a bit more inclined to make customers happy, yet here we are with another new GM who instructs his employees to skimp so he can get his little quarterly bonus. What an absolute joke of a store. Paid for double meat and got this.

  This all happened May 8th. Its May 17th. This used to be my favorite chipotle, not anymore. I ordered throught the app. I got 3 proten honey chicken bowls, only 1 bowl was full. The other 2 bowls were 1/3 full. I got 6 tacos. 3 honey chicken, 3 regular. None of them had honey chicken. They were all regular chicken. And one out of 6 of the tacos had 5 pieces of meat, thats it. The tacos BARELY had meat. The same night I chatted with the AI agent pepper, she opened up a ticket to resolve the problem. I emailed and provided feedback. I called the same exact location for 3 days straight, all at different times, absolutely no response. Nothing was solved. No one has responded to anything. I went to Pepper again today to file the same complaint, she couldn’t because the order was over 7 days old, and she immediately ended the conversation. So now I an here on google because nothing else won’t be done about it. Yall charge people for double meat. Charge extra for any meal with honey chicken, and I didnt even receive the honey chicken. Yall are robbing willingly paying customers who also tips, and yall can’t even get the orders correct which is so unfair. Even when I went in person after this experience, I had to keep asking the worker who made my food, can you add more chicken to the taco. I can count how many pieces of chicken he put on them. It’s ridiculous how hard it is to be a satisfied customer and yet we pay full price for a robbed experience. Don’t come to this one.
