Placed order through Pizza Hut at 9pm on 8/9. They Outsourced deliver, when the drivers showed to pickup, employees would say it was already picked up.i tried calling, nobody would answer in the store. After the 2nd attempt by a driver I went to Pizza Hut. Employees told me the same and it wasn’t their problem. A 3rd driver was assigned by the app went above and beyond to report this to the delivery company. The employees never made the order and tried to let door dash take the heat. They were rude to all involved with trying to figure out what was going on. I did speak to a manager today who apologized and verified I was refunded. Unfortunately this was enough to make me think twice about using this location.
