  I will never use this bakery again. I placed an order last week for a sheet cake for a retirement party. I gave clear instructions on what was to be written and the colors. I called yesterday to confirm and make sure the spelling was correct, as the associate was having some trouble with the spelling when I placed the order. I was told the cake was good. Today, I went to pick up the cake and the colors were wrong and there was a “Happy Retirement” graphic. The colors were wrong. They didn’t write when I asked. The associate, I’m not sure if she was the bakery manager, didn’t even apologize. She was quick to make an excuse that her baker wasn’t in this week. Again, this was never told to me when I placed the order or yesterday when I called. I had to ask for a discount at this point. She walked me to customer service and told them to give $5 off. Customer service apologized and that was it. I’m celebrating someone after 48 years of hard work and this is an ugly cake. They even have my original order form with all the instructions. This place is a disgrace and they clearly don’t care if they make a mistake. I didn’t want excuses, I wanted someone that took accountability and cared about this mistake. Giant clearly doesn’t care about customers. Just the bottom line.

  Broccoli Florets bag was not all broccoli florets … Giant fresh produce seems to be diminishing in quality.

  Don't buy giant brand broccoli florets as you will get only a few florets the rest of it is broccoli head crumbles
