  On my whole time buying at this store I had never experienced a bad customer service until today 07/01/26 at 3:10 pm with the person on the register 2. Black guy on a white long sleeve shirt shouting racist comments to me while having a conversation with another customer. Racist people shouldn’t be working on a cashier position if the rage of others make them agree with other racist just to fill their anger.

  Only giving 3 stars for now because I've only been in there twice. But so far the store seems clean and the employees seem friendly and helpful. Will update in the future.

  Impolite management.. the guy with the long hair snaps at people at the slightest inconvenience caused to him and then immaturely taunts them as they walk away in passive aggressive ways.. can't believe this guy manages this place.. youre supposed to be accommodating.. it wasnt even busy.. guy has a massive attitude.. your job isnt really where one brings in mannerisms usually seen on the street.. do you actually think you set any sort of a good example for your subordinates? Unbelievable.. entirely self centered behavior.. Noticed that this place has a high turn over rate.. could be toxic management.. and im giving you a clue as to who is contributing to it..

  Product selection is okay. A few more brand names or additional choices would be nice. But it is not the deal breaker. Employee at most locations are helpful and most of the time they might even approach to engage. Isn't that novel? Actually I'm surprised to see that FoodLion employees haven't gone violent by now. The customer frustration seems to always find the way to burdening the front line employees, which isn't fair at all. VERY IMPORTANT: Maryland passed a law recently that protects the consumer from excessive price increase, based on daily demand audits. When the coding show something is gaining popularity, retailer will double the price if able. Unfortunately it appears most Maryland stores are above the law. Lolol. ALL retailers/grocery store pretend not to know and prices go up, and final cost of your trip is unexpectedly high. If you noticed a product receiving a huge (like maybe 50%) increase, ask for the store manager, advise them of law, and then call local consumer protection offices.
