Apparently the fajita vegetables were more of a suggestion than an actual ingredient because they were missing. Then I opened the quesadilla and started wondering if the chicken was missing too. There was so little chicken on this thing that I practically needed a search party to find it. For what Chipotle charges now, this is ridiculous. If I wanted a mostly empty tortilla with a light dusting of ingredients, I could've made that at home for about $1. Complete waste of money. If you're going to charge full price, PUT THE FOOD IN THE FOOD.
- KKKenSep 7, 20261.0I ordered a chicken quesadilla with fajita vegetables and apparently Chipotle has introduced a revolutionary new concept where you pay for ingredients and then they just don't put them in your food. The fajita vegetables? ZERO. Not one pepper. Not one onion. Nothing. Apparently they were there in spirit. Then we get to the chicken. I’m pretty sure there was technically chicken in the quesadilla, but you would've needed a microscope and a forensic investigation to confirm it. I've seen free samples at Costco with more meat. So basically I paid Chipotle prices for a folded tortilla with cheese and the distant memory of a chicken. At this point, just hand me an empty tortilla and ask for $15. At least then we'd both understand the transaction. Absolute rip-off. PUT THE INGREDIENTS PEOPLE PAY FOR IN THEIR FOOD.

My mom’s was basically a little square, not burrito shaped. We ordered 1 sofritas and 1 veggie burrito, and everything tasted good. Usually I can get 2 meals out of a Chipotle burrito, but not this time. Given the smaller than standard portion size, $10 for a meatless burrito with pre-made ingredients is not a good value for money. I won’t order from here through the app again. I might try ordering at the counter inside, since some other reviews indicate the employees might give full-size portions if the customer is actively watching, but there should not be this discrepancy. Not sure whether this is management cutting corners, or employees really hate doing digital orders and are trying to operant-condition customers not to use that channel (or not to come at all)?
