I selected that I was there on the app. Your not able to select your there at the location if your not really there the app will not let you. When I drove up to the guy to take orders he was in his phone talking to someone. I said I ordered moble and he just looked at me and kept talking on his phone. I said again I ordered moble and drove around. When I got yo the window the manager went to hand me someone else’s food and I said ai ordered moble for Teresa. He was very rude and said your late for breakfast. I explained that I had ordered 20 minutes prior and entered the line before 10:30. There was no, “let me see what I can do or apology for me for anything. He was very rude to me from the beginning. Acting like I did something wrong while I’m a customer. He said he did not know I was there or that there was a moble order. Then he pulled the receipt off the hook in front of him which I can see because the store is open to see inside than said .” Unfortunately I cannot make this at this time. My money was already taken out of my account. I told him to cancel my order and he never did because I checked my app and it was still giving me the option to do it myself. I have been going to this location since it opened FYI I’m also a Door Dasher. Every Door Dash order I have picked up from this location is always missing something or it’s incorrect the customers messsge me while I cannot open their bag or check there food. My own food as a customer is always wrong. I order spicy chicken all the time and get regular chicken patties on my sandwich. I never complained before or left a bad review but after today I will not go back here again and I reject Door Dash orders given to me from here already. I understand you don’t want to serve cold food but if you order online anywhere your probably running short on time as it is and do not want to have to come in at a store counter and wait as if you ordered the food inside the restaurant. I mean what’s the point of having online ordering for. Seriously. This chick Fil a is rude and no one ever says My pleasure ever. But seriously I really don’t want you to say it if you don’t mean it. Anyway I absolutely cannot stand Mc Donald’s and I believe alot of these managers and people came from a MC Donald’s prior to working for a Chik Fil A.

I placed my breakfast order about 15 minutes before the 10:30 a.m. breakfast cutoff, so my order should have been honored. When I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:33 a.m., the employee used the walkie-talkie to ask the kitchen if they still had hash browns and the other breakfast items I had already ordered. They replied that they only had one hash brown left, and instead of preparing the order I had placed on time, they refused to fulfill it. I’ve had this same situation happen at the Quarterfield Chick-fil-A, and they still honored my breakfast order because it was placed before the cutoff time. That’s the level of customer service I expect from Chick-fil-A. This location seems unwilling to take responsibility for its mistakes or make reasonable accommodations for customers. The management team could benefit from additional training on customer service and consistency. This experience did not reflect the Chick-fil-A standard that so many customers have come to expect.
