  My boyfriend and I recently visited Chick-fil-A, and while we’ve always had great experiences here before, this visit was incredibly disappointing. While we were ordering, what appeared to be a manager (shorter Hispanic lady) came outside and began loudly berating a young employee across the ordering lanes in front of customers. She repeatedly cut the employee off and raised her voice at her publicly. It was extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable to witness, especially from someone in a position of authority speaking to a young employee that way. When we spoke up and told the manager her behavior was wrong, she attempted to justify it by saying she had already told the employee multiple times how to enter names correctly. Regardless of the mistake, no employee deserves to be humiliated publicly while simply trying to do their job. Leadership should correct with professionalism and respect, not embarrassment and yelling. For a company that prides itself on kindness, respect, and Christian values, this behavior was honestly shocking to witness. To the young woman this happened to: please know your worth. You did not deserve to be spoken to that way. I truly hope management addresses this appropriately, because every other experience we’ve had here has been positive.

  Food was great as always, the lids kept coming off of our large cups extremely easily. Ended up dumping root beer down my son's shirt. You really need to get better cups and lids.

  What is the purpose of repeating my order back to me twice and having great service if you can’t get the order correct? I order a specific item with a specific condiment but you don’t give me the condiment you repeated back to me twice. Disappointment.

  Great stop for lunch. We were bummed that the play place is closed. The site didn't mention that, but the service was amazing and the food was delicious. Very friendly staff.

  Came here and ordered food asked for a spicy delux no pickles and regular delux no tomato Got home realized there was tomato on my regular delux and it was spicy Other sandwich had pickles and it was grilled patty… Called and was told I could get both replaced and a gift card but told the guy the other delux my bf has he told me just bring one well still do it… Got there and the Hispanic curly head guy rolled his eyes took the sandwich said “I’ll replace it… that’s it?” Walked away and never gave me the gift card I was supposed to get and only replaced one sandwich instead of both… new hires here are definitely ruining the place and they need a better manager.
