  We visited on my birthday. The food was good and came out timely. What stood out was the service. Angelia was extremely personable and gave great service.

  Great experience server Payton was unbelievable very polite and whitey had a party of 12 and not one person in my party didn't wait long and she made sure my nephew was treated well on his birthday Payton is an asset to your company

  Our server, Payton did a great job with our large party. She was spot on with everything. She’s the best server we’ve ever had at Carrabbas.

  I enjoy their lunch specials. Just ordered a few to go today. Delicious. Friendly staff. My order was correct when delivered curbside.

  To say I am disappointed and dissatisfied is an understatement. I have been a regular at Carrabbas for a very long time now. I am not sure if there has been a change in management or staff but the quality of food is dissatisfying and there truly is no excuse. I placed a takeout order about a month and a half ago, spending 80 dollars on dinner for my family. I go home and cut up chicken for my son, and it is completely raw. I called and the manager rushed the conversation and used the excuse that they are " busy". I decided to give them another shot and ordered dinner a few weeks later, this time a steak. I asked for my steak to be well done, and it was medium rare. My husband ordered a salad with chicken and the chicken was so hard it was not edible. I called and spoke to the manager and she was apologetic and said she would send me a gift card. I never received it. Their service and quality of food has gone down tremendously.
