    I had to call them 20 times no pick up. Nobody knows how to pick up that phone and I work in fast food so I know damn well there’s a manager there. They probably just don’t want to hear the complain complaints. to the workers I’m so sorry that y’all gotta deal with this

    Well I have to say I have not had Arby’s for like 2 years because the last time went the food was not really good. So we kept seeing commercials and when I drove past there the drive through was pretty busy so I gave it a try again and it was sooo delicious!! I picked up lunch for my husband and myself and it was so good we went back the next day!! Fresh, tasty and hot! Exactly what you want when buying out. Service was good too :)

    the WORST when it comes to giving you sauces for your meal. they totally disregard your request and/or make you feel bad for getting the sauces you want. i ordered off doordash and wanted the sweet bbq and arby’s sauce in my meal and got neither…:/ got dry sandwiches and made my meal unappetizing. my mom also ordered from them once and when she asked for sauce for her meal they denied her it… i don’t get why they act like an extra sauce gets taken out of their paycheck but it’s ridiculous…

    I placed an online counter‑pickup order for 8:40 PM and arrived at 8:44. Despite the posted hours saying they were open, the doors were locked. I could clearly see staff at the counter and several people sitting at tables, yet everyone ignored me while my food sat getting cold on the counter. The manager actually instructed the staff to gesture for me to go through the drive‑thru—even though I was on foot because my wife was picking up a grocery order next door. Eventually someone came to the door only to repeat that I needed to use the drive‑thru. I’m not walking through a drive‑thru lane, and no customer should be told to do that. The whole experience was unacceptable: locked doors during open hours, being ignored, cold food, and a manager who clearly needs retraining on customer service and basic professionalism. I won’t be returning to this location.
