  They messed up my order, I was told my missing burger was going to be ready when I returned. It wasn’t.It was a single patty burger. They acted like I was stealing something. I order from this place all the time but won’t be going back. When they made the replacement burger they literally tossed the bag at me. This place used to be awesome but its gone way down hill. So disappointed. 5 guys it is.

  We’ve been here multiple times, and I’ll start by saying the food is consistently great—no complaints there at all. That’s honestly the reason we keep coming back. Unfortunately, the customer service is a completely different story. Every time we visit, the staff is loudly talking about other people, and it’s very easy for customers to hear. If you want to have those conversations, that’s your business—but it really should be kept in the back, not out in the open where guests are trying to order/enjoy their meals. It comes across as unprofessional and uncomfortable. There is also different staff every time. On top of that, there’s little to no enthusiasm from the staff. Everyone seems unhappy or disengaged, which affects the overall experience. Good food can only carry a place so far—customer service matters too. I really hope they work on improving the atmosphere and professionalism, because the food deserves a better front-of-house experience.

  I placed an online order for 4 piece Chicken Tenders to be delivered. Instead of chicken tenders, I received tater tots. I called the store and they stated they can not do a refund. I over paid and they said they could put my name on a board and if I ever come in they can give me the correct item. That is not customer service. It is ridiculous. They had no one else for me to speak to so I am giving this store a poor review for unsatisfactory customer service! I will not be ordering from them again.
