- HPHiral PatelMay 12, 20261.0i went to this subway with my sister and 2 kids. this staff need to improve there customer service. the lady who was making my 4 inches veggie sandwiches was making with angry face. After she finished with making my sandwiches, i gave her 3 free 6 inch sandwiche coupons because we were 4 people she shouldn't have any problem taking it. i was going to pay the 4 six inches sandwich and 4 cookies. she called the other guy and he said no we don't take more than 2 coupons i told him we are 4 people. Very unprofessional people

- SSskyyy skyyyJan 6, 20261.0I tried to place a order for today on the website and it didn’t give me the option to place it for today so it placed it for tmr when I called the store the manager was nasty otp when I tried to explain that it didn’t give me that option he got smart and told me talk to corporate about it and refuse to even offer anything for there mess up can’t even get my money back and I’m Just disappointed I love subway but this location I will never and I mean never eat here again the customer service needs a lot of improvement specially when talking to a customer on the phone ! I’ve been in customer service for over 5 years and I can say if I was the gm that person would’ve been fired because you just don’t talk to customers like that .

Although I can only eat salad, there's never an issue with cross contamination. I've NEVER had a problem at this location. This is why this is the only location I feel safe eating.
