- BRB Robinson3 days ago1.0Visited Safeway on Sunday 8/30/26. Hours stated they were open until 11pm. We arrived there around 9:41pm. Both entrances were locked, all lights were on, and no posting stating they closed early. Several customers left because of this. I am disappointed.

The young lady at the Starbucks said I was going to be her last customer because they were closing at 7. I get my drink and go outside and in the parking lot by my car I dropped my drink! So I go back inside to the girl at the Starbucks and ask for a refund or for her to make my drink over even though I know she was closing. And she told me technically it was my fault and that she didn't have to do that. I thought she was rude for saying that to me seeing as though I was losing out on my money. We did kind of get in a debate, but I just left upset cause she did nothing about the fact I was losing out on my money and drink. I will not come back to this Starbucks and don't appreciate what happened tonight.

Both the Italian CC and the turkey & cheese subs were non existent. The Safeway in Jacksonville is where I usually make this purchase weekly, and the subs are full of meats, cheese and delicious. Today, at this store, the only sub available was a Ham & Cheese which was terrible. A 12” roll with a minimal amount of ham, cheese, lettuce and seasoning along with lots of bread. I will stick with Safeway Jacksonville for now on.
