- ARAnita Russell6 days ago5.0The only store in Mike's that had decent sized pomegranates!
- WKWasif KhanOct 3, 20261.0Worst Starbucks in this Safeway. Don’t waste your time or money.
- BBBennySep 28, 20261.0Most of the self checkout stations are broken to the point where you need to have an employee standing next to you. When I ask employees why the self checkouts are mostly broken, I literally get no response. It seems like the store would rather build barricades (is an army coming to invade Safeway?) instead of fixing all of their broken machinery. Why not just go to a cashier, you ask? When they actually have someone working a checkout lane, it’s the same person. She is kind of a jerk who will judge you on your purchases. This is a terrible store with terrible staff being run terribly. With so many options for groceries I do not believe this store is worth patronizing. And, if you’re a manager reading this, don’t bother with some flaccid “we’ll look into this” nonsense. Make yourself useful and actually fix something.
- KAKelli ArbaughSep 22, 20261.0Customer service could be significantly improved with some targeted staff training. The woman overseeing self-checkout was bossy, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Giving directions is important, but it should be done with basic courtesy. A more welcoming, polite approach from employees would go a long way toward making customers actually want to return.
- BRB RobinsonAug 30, 20261.0Visited Safeway on Sunday 8/30/26. Hours stated they were open until 11pm. We arrived there around 9:41pm. Both entrances were locked, all lights were on, and no posting stating they closed early. Several customers left because of this. I am disappointed.
