  Just left their moments ago to pick up a quick dinner for a friend in need so I was rushing a bit. I proceeded to self check out the cashier attendant there directed me to the lane that was open. I did not realize that it was Card only and was planning to use cash …So I called out to her and explained this to her she Says “ it says it right there “ with an attitude, I still apologized and said I didn’t realize it I was rushing .. She clicked the screen and while suspending The transaction came up, she chose to void it instead and told me to take my things and re-ring it over there still with a funky attitude!! I ask her was there an option to just pay at another register without having to re-ring it and she says no because I voided it !!! with another attitude. At this point I’m uncomfortable and proceed to tell her that I no longer wanted the items because I didn’t like her hospitality. I understand that I made the mistake, but I didn’t deserve the attitude that she gave. This being my neighborhood GIANT … I love the changes in the store The store is more organized. It has more options ….I was greeted at the door and told about the mobile coupon options and everybody was friendly but to end the experience like this with one person with a nasty attitude for no reason !! it changes the whole experience!! I will shop elsewhere today and hope that she’s in a better mood next time!!!

  My biggest complaint is they rarely have decent bananas here, which are a very important staple in our house. They are usually totally green & hard, taking days to become ripe. Other than that, we're pretty happy with this grocery store. Used to live in this neighborhood & go here for all shopping in 2016 and we have recently moved back. Definitely prefer this grocery store out of some of the others in the neighborhood.
