- NENick Ed1 day ago5.0Topgolf National Harbor Review Our team recently visited Topgolf National Harbor for an employee appreciation event, and it delivered an incredible experience from start to finish. The multi-level venue offers fantastic views and a high-energy atmosphere that instantly sets the tone for a fun day of team bonding. Renting out the climate-controlled hitting bays gave everyone plenty of downtime to relax, laugh, and test their skills regardless of golf experience. The gameplay tech is seamless and keeps everyone engaged. Beyond the games, the food and drinks were a massive hit. The barbecue catering menu featured flavorful, tender meats and delicious sides that satisfied a large group effortlessly. Paired with craft cocktails and refreshing drinks from the bar, the hospitality was top-notch. Everything turned out great, making it an ideal spot for corporate outings, celebrations, or a memorable group get-together

Main Issues: - They either never have enough staff or the staff are unresponsive. The bartenders are clearly working hard but the drinks come out so slow - Ticket times are crazy. Order something right when you sit down and it will NO JOKE take an hour to get to you. Food or drink. On a 2 hour drive time we barely got 1 round and were too nervous to order more. - Mediocre upkeep of the bays. Some of them have grips that are completely ripped and some are perfectly in tact. - Just trying to move one spot to the left to an empty bay in a nearly empty row caused a huge issue and were told it wasn't able to be done. - Bay time is abused. By the time we got to our bay, it always has several minutes drained from our time. Having gone multiple times, I've seen anything from 5-35 minutes being shaved off your time. - Trying to get times fixed has always caused an issue, but they do begrudgingly do it. - Buggy sensors and games will eat up your times. Positives: - Spaces on multiple floors to hang out and play games before/after golf time - Decent prices on half off nights - When you get a good bay and it's not super busy, the experience instantly gains 2 stars Not only this store, but all TopGolf's: - App to order food is missing items and clunky - Mandatory lifetime membership for people over 13 is crazy. I don't want to spend and extra $6/pp when I'm just trying to show friends/family a fun time
- TBtayonne beverlyAug 9, 20261.0I planned a family outing at Topgolf on Saturday, August 8, 2026. I made an online reservation, read the terms, and paid the deposit. I received multiple text confirmation before the event and minutes prior. I received a text message letting me know that Bay 115 and 116 were reserved for my guests. Everything went well leading up to us starting our golf session. Everyone completely enjoyed the golfing aspect and laughed so hard at each other. I would definitely go back for golfing. However, when it came to receiving our food and drinks, that was a disaster. Our server was possibly named Demetrius. He was a very nice young man. He was friendly and polite throughout the entire experience. Unfortunately, our food came out before our drinks. It took about 30-40 minutes (not exaggerating) for me to get a Ginger Beer, my mom to get a Margarita, and others to get their water and soda. My son received his Blueberry Lemonade almost immediately after we ordered. Some food came out cold. Other food had to be removed from the bill because we never received it. It was extremely frustrating. We did receive the platter in a good time. To rectify the situation, the managers did give us a discount on the game and removed the food that came late. Unfortunately, the damage was already done. It is unfortunate that we had such an amazing time golfing but was dissatisfied with everything else. Lastly, when I tried to sign into our Bay, we were notified that that each player had to pay an additional $6 for a one time membership fee. I was not made aware of this when I made the reservation. Also, I had to pay a fee for our Bays to be next to each other since we had 12 people. It is such a ripoff for people to pay to play golf, then pay an additional $6 per person to play, charge to have Bays next to other ($40), and then charge additional cost to play on the second and third levels. I choose the First Floor so there was no extra charge.
- AAAviraj AroraAug 9, 20261.0I have visited this Topgolf location, as well as several other Topgolf locations, many times, and this was by far the most disappointing experience I have ever had. I came with three of my friends, and the service was unacceptable from the beginning. It took approximately 40 minutes to get water, even after we repeatedly asked for it. Before we even received the water, our waitress asked whether we wanted to extend our game time. We said yes, and she attempted to do something on her end but ultimately told us that we could not extend the time. About 10-15 minutes into our game, we asked the waitress to bring us a dessert. It did not arrive until the very end of our game which was roughly 40-45 minutes later. At that point, my friends went to speak with the manager about the situation. After the manager spoke with the waitress, we could see them laughing and giggling about the situation, which was extremely disrespectful and made us feel that our concerns were not being taken seriously. We eventually had to spend another 30 minutes arguing with the supervisor before being offered coupons for future gameplay. During this time, I also ordered the dessert myself through the barcode on the table and even went up to a bartender to let her know that I had placed the order. She assured me that it would be brought out. We waited another 45 minutes, and the dessert still did not arrive. I finally approached another server and explained how frustrated we were. He immediately acknowledged that it should not take that long and told us that the dessert would be taken off the bill. He asked us to inform the manager. When the same manager came over, we explained what the server had told us. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the manager refused to remove the charge, and had the audacity to say that we had eaten the dessert even after the fact that it was served cold and appeared stale after we had waited an unreasonable amount of time for it. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect shown by both the staff and management throughout the situation. I have always enjoyed visiting Topgolf and have had good experiences at other locations, but based on this experience, I would never willingly return to this location again. I also felt that the way we were treated was discriminatory and racist, which made an already terrible experience even more upsetting. Topgolf management needs to seriously address the service, attitude, and professionalism at this location. Customers should not have to repeatedly ask for basic service, wait nearly an hour for an order, argue for compensation, and then be laughed at or dismissed when they raise legitimate concerns.

Server sat us at a high top table, when I was obviously limping from an injury and we had a small kid. By the end of it I was in so much pain from my foot dangling. The service was probably the worst I have ever had. Didn't bring enough waters. Gave me water with 3 ice cubes. So it got warm quickly. Would dissappear. Ordered 2 sodas at one time, took forever and only brought one. My son ordered a special lemonade that was supposed to have candy in it. No candy. Clearly its for a kid, so the candy part is the most enticing. Server should have said hey, sorry were out of the candy. Would you still like the drink? We would have declined. It was NOT A cheap drink. I want to get what I pay for. Kept having to physically track him down to order anything. Never brought silverware extra plates or napkins. Food was mid and not warm. We only had 2 separate checks which we made clear. It was obvious I was with my son and husband if the server had even paid the slightest bit of attention. I had ordered a side of carrots and blue cheese. Server brought me carrots and celery. He should have informed me it came with celery. I would have asked if I could sub for all carrots. Well dummy didnt add that to our bill my husband already paid. Then came and harassed me about paying for it. Im like uhhhh did he not just pay you?!?! Im obviously with him. After being a scrappy server youre going to be nit picky?! I also hate how they make you pay on the tablet in front of the server to make you feel obligated to tip. We weren't going to tip because the server did absolutely nothing. But my husband felt obligated to give $5. I was not happy. Personally I would have looked him in the eyes while pushing the zero button. We wont be back.
