- MPMaharshi Patel6 days ago1.0There is some stupid manager on 216 table with red shirts and he too much rushing as to leave.we understand it’s time to close. I also know that work because I am also run multiple businesses but we not doing that stupid think what he did with me and my friends.Date 9/30/2026 10 pm. And he not give time too wash hands after good he try to push as out. I don’t know what he try to do. He as a wrong attitude. If he think he is smart so he not because I know how to handle that type of person.

The location was wonderful, and we especially loved having our own private area where our group could relax, spend time together, and enjoy ourselves. The one area that could use improvement is the customer service. We would have appreciated a warmer, more welcoming approach from the staff. Very few people smiled or seemed particularly engaged with guests, and when we needed assistance, the interactions often felt very matter-of-fact rather than friendly or accommodating. Some of the food was also served a little cold. That being said, these issues did not take away from everything we enjoyed about the experience. The space itself was perfect for our group, and we had a really good time. We will absolutely return—we’ll just hope for a little more warmth and hospitality from the staff next time.

I arrived just four minutes late for my reservation, and my party had already checked in. There was a minor issue between the server and a of my party, but Keyonte stepped in and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. His service was TOP-TIER—professional, attentive, personable, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. That kind of customer service stands out! Topgolf, recognize Keyonte! 👏🏽🔥 He represents what exceptional service should look like. I’ll definitely be back! 💯🏌🏽♀️

- JWJoanna WebbSep 8, 20261.0⭐ 1 STAR — Arthur’s treatment of me was absolutely humiliating and unacceptable. We made it all the way to our golf bay at Topgolf Oxon Hill, and before we could even sit down, Arthur began questioning me about my disability. He insisted that he “had to know” exactly what my disability was. I was forced to state my exact medical condition in front of other guests while people stood there staring at me. It was deeply embarrassing, invasive, and humiliating. I am blessed to have a beautiful Goldendoodle who takes great care of me as my service animal. I repeatedly asked if I could simply show Arthur my virtual service-animal identification, but he continued pressing me to disclose my private health information publicly. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, businesses generally may not ask people with service animals to disclose their disability or demand medical details. Forcing someone to reveal their exact disability is against the law. The situation escalated when Arthur even brought security upstairs, which felt like an attempt to intimidate and scare me, before his manager stepped in and deeply apologized for his behavior. Other employees and managers also came over to acknowledge what had happened. Although I appreciate the staff members recognizing how badly the situation was handled, the humiliation had already occurred and could not be undone. I never imagined I would be treated this way at a supposedly family-oriented establishment. What should have been a fun and relaxing outing became embarrassing and upsetting before we could even sit down. No guest should ever be forced to reveal their exact disability in front of strangers or feel as though they must publicly justify their medical condition—especially when doing so is against the law. Topgolf needs to take this incident seriously and ensure its employees are properly trained on respectfully interacting with guests who have disabilities and service animals. I would never recommend this location after the way I was treated.
