    Leaving one star review because there’s no zero option. We booked a bay for 6:15pm and arrived at five to have dinner beforehand. My husband ordered a burguer no cheese because he’s intolerant. The burguer came with cheese. We asked for another one and it came with cheese again. We gave up after that. My husband had no dinner on Father’s Day. I ordered a chicken ceasar salad and there was not one piece of chicken there. Ordered the patron 20 margarita and it tasted like soap water 🤢 The overall service was very poor and we actually never saw our original server again after placing the order. Granted they did remove the burguer, salad, and margarita from our tab but it was a very disappointing experience specially for a Father’s Day celebration. I won’t personally return to this location.

    First let me start by saying that I had a great experience from the moment I joined the waitlist until I received a text then a call from Rashad. However, it went down hill from there. When the server or bay assistant came over. She insisted that I create a regular account for minor under 11. She went on to say that it was a fee for junior accounts as well. I explained to her that I wasn't familiar with the fee but I didn’t want an account for my minor under 13 y/o. Well wouldn't you know it. When I added my minor as a junior, there was no fee and I added my cellphone number. The veggies in the wing platter were old, dry, tasteless and barely cut. No menu recommendations were offered as I mentioned I would have ordered something different. No refills on our water. When I asked for plastic wear. She stated we don't have that rather than offering to bring silverware. It gets better, the server barely cleared any of our used plates. She took some a d left the rest. We were in bay 105 with 41 minutes left to play. The server stood in bay 103 chit chatting until our clock hit 25 minutes. I walked to a manager at that point. We were offered a free doughnut hole dessert. I guess that's what is offered for poor service! Even with the poor service. I left a $10 tip that she did not warn. I want point out that her other guests did not look like our party of 4!

    We were really looking forward to this visit, but unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations — especially for the price. We were seated at Bay 212, and our server, Adriana, was not attentive at all. She seemed overwhelmed and wasn't checking in on her other tables either, so it wasn't just us. After waiting a long time without any service, we had to go to the front desk ourselves and ask for someone to send her over. Even after that, it still took about 20 minutes before she finally came to our bay. On top of that, no manager ever stopped by to check on how things were going, which would have gone a long way given how things had started. The restrooms were also not maintained to the standard we'd expect from a place like this. For a total of $232.00, we expected a much better overall experience — both in terms of service and basic upkeep. It's a shame, because the venue itself has a lot of potential, but the lack of attentiveness really impacted our visit. Honestly, I feel like over the years Topgolf has gone downhill and just doesn't seem to care anymore. With not much competition out there, it's extremely sad and disappointing to see the quality decline like this.

    I wish I could rate 0 out of 5. As a dedicated Platinum member of this location for over a year, I have always appreciated the experience here. However, my visit today, June 12, 2026, was ruined by a server named Khi (who had "VA" on her name tag). Her conduct was not just unprofessional, it was clearly discriminatory. The interaction was hostile from the start. She repeatedly ignored my responses to "How are you?" while looking me up and down, eventually turning the greeting into a patronizing interrogation by repeating the question three times. When I eventually placed an order for water, she chose to provide "no service" to our bay, prioritizing several surrounding tables and eventually delivering only one glass for a party of two. When I questioned this, she gaslit me by claiming, "That’s how you ordered." Everyone can have a bad day, but this was a clear case of biased, unequal treatment. As a loyal, long-term member, I know what quality service looks like, and I know what discrimination feels like. I fully support you in reviewing the security footage of my bay on this date to verify the interaction—the evidence will speak for itself. I expect management to investigate this matter thoroughly and take corrective action. No guest should be subjected to such demeaning behavior.

    I made a reservation for six of my family members. when we arrived we went to the bar area to get drinks. It took quite a while to get a server to come to us. She gave us a menu and never came back., so we had to go to the bar ourselves to get our drinks. The actual bartender came around and served them to us at the table. that was very nice. Within 20 mins We received a text for our bay #131. This Bay was all the way at the very end of the arena. We wanted to be by the pool tables and foosball tables for my grandsons but they would not move us. There were no other patrons at the bays closest to the arcade area. So we did not understand why they could not move us. Very disappointing for the boys. then we waited for at least 10 minutes for an attendant to come and greet us. my husband was needing some help with setting us up so he had to walk all the way back down to find someone to help us. The person that it helped us was not our server. we waited at least 20 minutes before a server came down. to that end of the arena. She had a big attitude and wanted us to know that she just got put in this area and that she had other tables to attend to. that did not make us feel very welcome.. We were all in need of drinks and were wanting to order lots of food. We placed a significant order and it did take quite a while to come out. when we did receive the order there were several things missing and no one came back to check on us. Our drinks were wrong. our server had an attitude. it was not a good experience. I live in Tampa and I love topgolf in Tampa. there are so many people taking care of you. I would highly suggest that they hire more competent servers that have better attitudes and are wanting to show the guests a good time. I will say that management did comp our play and we just paid for the food but still the experience was not what we wanted for our family members that live there locally. that was their first time going. I don't think they will be back. that's sad for topgolf. Just want the management to know this and patrons to know.
