If I could give no stars, I would! My son decided to order dinner for the house. Not only did the pizza arrive 3 hours later, but the pepperoni pizza had absolutely NO SAUCE! I don’t know who’s doing quality control, but there’s no way you’re sending pizza (of all things) out with no sauce. It arrived warm and at first glance, it appeared ok until we pulled the “poorly cut” slices. It was drier than a Popeyes biscuit (which we no longer eat either). When my son called to discuss his order, he was hung up on! The audacity was replaced with sauce apparently! This isn’t my first bad experience at this location (more than a few months ago, because we rarely eat Pizzahut), but this is my first review for them. We will NEVER get Pizzahut again or at least not at this one! You’re better off spending your money elsewhere or making it yourself at home! Pizzahut, do better!

I ordered delivery with an estimated arrival time of 30–40 minutes, but it ended up taking an hour and 15 minutes. The first delivery driver arrived at the store, but my food wasn’t ready, so they left. Another driver was eventually assigned to my order, but they had several stops before mine. After waiting an hour, I called the store to check on my order and was told they had just finished making it and that my driver was there to pick it up. I decided not to cancel based on that. Unfortunately, because of the long wait and multiple stops, my food arrived cold. Waiting over an hour for cold food after being quoted 30–40 minutes was extremely disappointing. Worst delivery experience I’ve had.

I placed my order on my Pizza Hut app. Order never got delivered. Called several times to get an update. I spoke to the manger on duty (sereeta) she was very rude and aggressive. Sereeta hung up on me while laughing. She called back to lie and say the phone hung up. I heard the phone slam in my ear. I had to get up out my bed to go to the store and get my refund. Customer service was terrible, offered no resolution to make the customer happy. As a valued Pizza Hut customer I am highly disappointed on how this situation was handled.
