  I feel they can improve on details. Yet, looks like a very busy papa so be careful and check your order always. It might not be what you order.

  Not a fan of this place I will continue to stay away from this place. Only reason I came because out of town family wanted Papa John’s. Latonya, Toya or whatever her name was with a T, who gave her sign in to another employee with dreads need to attend a customer service refresher course. It takes less energy to be polite and listen to your customer.

  I visited Papa John’s today around 4:30 PM for an online pickup order. When I arrived at the exact pickup time, my food was already prepared, but the cashier initially could not find the order even though it was nearby. After about two minutes, he realized it was ready and handed it to me. That part was understandable. However, as I was leaving the store, the cashier mentioned that some napkins may already have fallen on the floor and asked me to pick them up. I was surprised because I had not taken any napkins or dropped anything myself. If something had fallen from my hands, of course I would have picked it up, but in this situation I felt uncomfortable being asked as a customer. The interaction at the end was disappointing and awkward.

  I have been ordering from this Papa Johns location for years. My children and I love it. We had maybe 2-3 incidents with the pizza orders but it was handled by either the store manager or from upper management in proper fair response. The pizzas always have its hot fresh taste and cheesy-ness when we pick up. It's may or may not be hot when it's delivered which isn't a problem with us either way. We rather do pick up order anyway to avoid the cost and wait for delivery. Picking up l we sometimes get good customer service and sometimes it's blank. We haven't gotten any really horrible service picking up. Workers do need to be more attentive to customers and welcoming. I also would like to see seating outside for those who would want to sit outside and eat. And no, there should not be a cost for plates (something I read from another review post). I don't know what's going on with the deals and the points system. I hope that some improvement is in the works, the new system sucks...my points expired faster then I could place my next order. Please was better in the past. Really I would like to see members only deals once n awhile. I do recommend Papa Johns though.
