  My family and I have been to this location multiple times in the past, but our experience tonight was beyond exceptional. We celebrated my grandmother’s 82nd birthday, and our server Larry made sure everything was perfect for her and we were well taken care of. Everyone’s steak was prepared exactly as we wanted, and of course the Bloomin’ Onion was yum as usual. What really made the evening superb was the wonderful manager Ms. Jennifer. My mom wanted to purchase a few gift cards on a separate check, and Jennifer ensured all our transactions went through correctly. She was so pleasant, and we will definitely be back soon.

  Great customer service from staff & the food is cooked 2 perfection. Only problem I've with the restaurant is that they open @ 4pm instead of 11am like most restaurants.

  Silverware in a dirty napkin. I ordered wings I was served 4 medium and 4 dark out of the regular dry wings that I ordered. Go somewhere else.

  I have not been to this outback in a while, but every time that I do go to this very particular one the service is A1. The drinks are great prices customer service. Everything is always on point in the one crazy part about this review that I’m writing. I’m going to the outback today and I know That the service in the food presentations, etc. will be A1.

  I had an outstanding experience at Outback Steakhouse in Oxon Hill, MD, and I want to recognize the integrity of the staff, especially my waitress, Novelle. After leaving the restaurant, I realized about half a mile away that I had left my purse behind. Thankfully, my Apple AirTag alerted me, and I immediately called the restaurant and rushed back. When I arrived, the staff quickly contacted Novelle, and she came out from the back with my purse in hand. Nothing was missing, and everything was exactly as I left it. In today’s world, honesty and accountability like this truly stand out. I am incredibly grateful for the professionalism and care shown by the team. Thank you, Novelle, and thank you to the entire staff for doing the right thing. I will definitely be returning, not just for the food, but for the peace of mind that comes with great service and trustworthy people.
