Beautiful location and amazing staff. However, food is not that good. We are frequent guests as my in-laws love this restaurant. Food just can't come out right the first time. It is always back and forth with the kitchen. Too bad

My daughter and I entered the the restaurant approx 6pm Saturday evening to an empty lobby and no one at the host stand. We waited 3 minutes before a young lady came and said 'we are only taking reservations for the remainder of the evening'. I said wow ok then the host said we can 'grab a table at the bar and it is first come first serve'. I said it me and my toddler, the host shrugged her shoulders and then proceeded to step to the side to allow the couple behind us to step up to the stand. The couple requested a table and the host said 'we have tables but it may be a 30 minute wait'. How is that I was not informed of a wait but the couple was?? I took my toddler to the restroom and began to leave when a male host asked me if I would like a table, I informed him of what the young lady said and he looked at her with a confused look. As a loyal Landry customer, I am completely disappointed in this experience as I was prepared to have a great meal with my daughter. I certainly feel discriminated against and am not pleased by far.

I come from time to time for Happy hour. Last two times no prosecco. To day was one of those times. I asked to speak to the manager. The general manager came out Adel. I told him the situation. He said breakthru does not have prosecco. I know is false because my bar I work at ordered it from breakthru. Never the less, I asked him if he could substitute for another bubbly. He said for a lesser quality one. Literally for a bottom of the barrel Champagne. He was very nasty. Did not even apologize on the behalf of the restaurant for not having it. Ofcourse we left and went to fogo next door. However the fact that he came off like he did not care. Took no accountability, and was rude I had to write a review. It seems like the order did not go in on time and resulted to not having what is advertised on the happy hour menu. Or they just don’t want to serve it for happy hour so they blame it on the liquor rep for not having it. I personally know Breakthru has prosecco.

Great location, restaurant looks nice inside, I’m guessing a new girl was working the hostess stand, she wasn’t quite sure how to seat us, took about 10 mins for her to find someone to help, which was no problem, we were seated, several servers walked by our table for over 20 mins, asked for a server to get our drinks never came back…..we didn’t eat, just ended up leaving.

I had a very disappointing experience here. While dining, there was a roach crawling on my plate, and it then continued to crawl across the table. This was extremely unsettling and unacceptable.
What made the situation worse was the response from management. When I brought it to the general manager’s attention and showed a photo, there was little to no empathy. I was told, “there’s nothing I can do about that” and that they don’t usually have that problem. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the seriousness of the issue.
Cleanliness and customer care should be a top priority at any restaurant. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that. I would not recommend dining here.
