  The overall experience was mediocre and disappointing. With the exception of 2 staff members everyone including the food runner, main bartender and management lacked basic customer service skills and extremely passive aggressive. I walked in with a friend to sit at the bar where we weren’t greeted or given menus until requested. The bartender assisting other guests refused service even though I asked if she would be able to take our order. She stepped away to make drinks for other guests but insisted I yell over the bar then repeated an order not even on the menu. We ended up being serviced by the bartender on service bar who apologized for the terrible service and confirmed that she never put in our order. Our entrees were brought out before the salads and when I asked the food runner if it was still coming he rolled his eyes and walked away stating he doesn’t know anything. We finally decided to leave but we had to ask 4 times to close out the tab. A couple that came in after us was serviced in the time we were waiting to pay. Absolutely disgusted with the people and the fact that I couldn’t get any salt or pepper for my under seasoned meal.

  came for a quick dinner with my friend and the entire staff was rude with the exception of 2. imagine sitting at the bar and never being serviced by the actual bartender. Parrish was the only good thing about this experience. from the food runners to the bartenders everyone has an attitude. save your time & go nextdoor to fogo or redstone.

  We were hoping to sit outside because the FIFA match was playing on the big screen just outside the restaurant, but unfortunately outdoor seating wasn’t available. We ended up dining inside, and it turned out to be a great experience. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, and my husband and I both ordered the mahi-mahi. It was absolutely delicious! We really enjoyed our meal and would definitely return.

  It’s a really nice location and the staff was nice. However service was very slow! And we sent almost everything back and got simple dishes like fries and shrimp. The sugar and spice salmon in the lunch menu is a cold dish and the waiter should have advised. The seafood Alfredo was nasty and taste like tuna. Fish tacos nasty. The fried stuff seems to be the safest things to order.

  This was my first time eating here, so I didn't know what to expect. For my appetizer, I got a ceasar salad. Didn't like that their "croutons" were just a flat piece of bread the size of a half dollar and only 2 pieces, and felt like there wasn't much dressing on it. I had the steak and shrimp for my entree. They were delicious. I will say I feel like even sitting in the bar area, that with as many bartenders as I saw, that the service was subpar. I was checked on by a busboy more than the bartender, but even when he asked if we were ok, we told him we hadn't ordered yet, said ok and walked off. Still waited almost 10 mins before ordering.
