I had to correct here on the basic on the job….Workers here care more about high giving their friends as they come and go vs doing their job. They also seem to hate all customers.

Once I point it out to her manager Ruby , Diana in turn grabs a dirty rag and begin to clean around my food, which I’m sure is against a health code violation.It was so disgusting the supervisor Ruby told her to stop on 2 occasions and had someone else remake my food. This isn’t Diana’s first time displaying horrible customer service. Diana clearly needs more training in customer service if she wants to continue her fast food career. That location needs stronger team leads and more diversity. If I could give my expertise 0 stars, that’s what it would be. I later went back to the office to let them know we will never use chipotle again to cater our office meeting’s and events. This isn’t Diana’s first complaint. Diana is lowering the value of the store and it’s pushing away customers. This review was the first step to my complaint and everyone who has something to do with chipotle will hear about Diana’s behavior. I will be cc’ing everyone from the director to regional manager.
