  The service at this chipotle was utterly distasteful, rude, unprofessional and overall a disgrace to the service and quality I am accustomed to by Chipotle. I had family fly in from Canada and Guatemala and after a night out on a boat ride we were hungry and Chipotle typically hits the spot! The staff on the line (a woman with glasses) and the one at the register seemed upset they were working and that we were there purchasing food! When my Mother in law in Spanish said “oh I forgot can I get salsa” the woman responded in a rude and sassy tone “you didn’t tell me you wanted salsa!” and continued to sigh. Clearly my mother in law acknowledged she forgot to ask, so the tone and attitude were UNNECESSARY! My mother in law responded “if you don’t want to be here you should go home.” I entered and asked if Aleida Mejia was the manager and they just nodded and proceeded to laugh and talk amongst themselves on the line (not being discreet at all)! When asked if they would have more Agua Frescas available they said “that’s what’s there and if it’s done then there are fountain drinks available.” Then they had the audacity to fill the Watermelon Limeade with WATER and when I went to inform one of the staff members she followed me saw and just sighed, giggled, and walked away. We ate at the outside tables and 30 minutes passed and she in fact did not fix the issue that was brought to her attention. For the $134 we purchased of food, drinks at this location I expected better customer service. Please have this location get a 1-1 training on how to properly provide customer service and not try to close down the kitchen 2 1/2 hours before close. My family and all the other customers they tended to after were treated so disrespectfully and rude I was appalled! It doesn’t hurt to smile. I expect to be contacted because I have my receipt and pictures to show just how distasteful this experience was!!!

  Chipotle as a whole has gone down hill but I eat at this one frequently and it is always great this is by far the most consistently good chipotle I’ve ever been to. They are doing it right at this location.

  The worst chipotle location. Racist staff. They constantly serve old food or rotten food. My coworker and I went there last week stood in line and not one worker greeted us or said anything. 2 Latino females at the front one was on the register they didn’t even glance at us. I guess because we are black but it’s ok health inspector and more will be doing a pop up soon and corporate has already been notified.
