  I visited 9/14 at around 7pm. Mind you, i walked from my hotel and had to use the restroom. As i walk in, i notice there’s about three people not making anything, not cleaning but just standing and looking around. Okay. Whatever. I try to use the bathroom, and another person was in the bathroom. Okay. I can wait. I order my food, and as it is handed to me I see a worker coming out. She was in there for EVER! Okay, that’s fine. I carry on and i’m not even kidding you while i was wrapping things up with my family, she starts yelling in the kitchen. Where everyone can hear her?! At that point, we finish asap and walked out. Honestly not worth the $15 a person if it’s going to be unpleasant. And- I think that place would operate understaffed than having people who don’t know how to wrap burritos and scream in their kitchen. Absolutely ridiculous

  This was my first time ever trying Chipotle, so I was honestly really looking forward to it. I had heard so many good things about their bowls and especially their salad bowls, so I was excited to finally try one. Unfortunately, this ended up being a really disappointing first experience. I went in late June after having a really rough day. I had gotten sick to my stomach earlier that morning and had been dealing with a stomach ache and sensitivity for the rest of the day. After being hungry for hours, I knew I eventually needed to eat something, so I decided to order Chipotle. Since my stomach was already bothering me, I specifically chose a salad bowl because I wanted something that felt fresh and lighter. One of my friends was kind enough to place the online order for me, pick it up, and bring it to my hotel. When I finally got the food and opened the container, I was honestly so disappointed. The entire salad bowl was basically a giant mush of guacamole and sour cream, with everything mixed together. I’ll be attaching a picture to this review because the picture really speaks for itself. I understand that this was a takeout order and that food isn’t always going to look perfect, but this was my first time trying Chipotle, and I had been genuinely excited about it. I was already feeling sick, hungry, and looking forward to finally having something to eat. Instead, I opened the container to something that looked completely unappetizing. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined my first impression of Chipotle. I had heard so many good things and was really hoping to enjoy it, but the food I received was not what I expected at all. I really hope this was just a one time issue, but based on my experience, I can’t recommend this location.

  I attempted to buy a drink tonight at 9:15pm but the cashier said she could not take my $20 bill because it had a small tear in the corner that even I did not notice because all the bill was still intact. I told her I had been in management for years and never heard of that. The cashier then said her machine would not beable to take the $20. I asked for the manager and she said she was. I saw a business card on the counter and I asked her was that her name and she said yes. Aleida Mejia. The worse was her attitude and how she did not greet me or apologize for the inconvenience and ask me if I had another form of payment, she was rude about it and it felt like it was discrimination. Please train your employees, I did not buy anything as a result, and I will not return to your business. And I went next door where my $20 bill was excepted with no problem.
