  I met up with friends for a birthday celebration, and the food and drinks were delicious! I even ordered some food to take home for my husband. The service was a bit slow, though. Our waitress was great at first, but once it got crowded, she kind of disappeared. We ended up having to ask other waiters about our food, for the check, and for boxes. I'd still recommend eating here, and there's a public parking garage super close by, but unfortunately, the elevators weren't working.

  I had Shawn or Sean as my waiter and let me tell you that was the best service I’ve had in a while. He deserves a raise for the fantastic service he provided! Definitely would recommend my friends and family to come see him!

  Another very loud place that’s geared more towards bar patrons and partying. They have a mechanical bull. In National Harbor. Need I say more? The only reason I didn’t give a better rating for service was because the first time I tried to eat here I walked inside and the host and two waitresses were too busy having a discussion to acknowledge me after several minutes of standing. The second time I walked in and was seated almost immediately and had a great server. The food wasn’t anything special, so not much to comment on there. I enjoyed the decor and I’m sure this place gets hopping later in the evening. This place is more of a giant bar with a balcony than a restaurant, so if you staying in one of the nearby hotels and want to mingle with other people at a bar, this is your place.

  Sat and ordered at the bar. It took about 15 min just for a bowl of soup. Tortilla soup is just plain nasty. But I even paid for it just to leave. Don't do it. Don't go here. I ordered one drink and waited and waited and waited, and the bartender never came back to check on me. I observed more employees standing around doing nothing and the the host on a personal call. Please. If you understand what customer service is, you do not want to visit here.

  Noisy place , very bad food the steak was horrible can’t even describe how bad the quality and taste of food .. restrooms are awful .. I just felt everything is dirty in the place .. it really need improvement in everything .. the good thing was he waitress she was so nice but the rest is bad
